AB wasn't toying with anyone. He doesn't do that garbage. Hes always trying to go for the major, tech or fall. That's extremely disrespectful to him, and the, at the time, 16-0 Glazier. AB struggled a bit the first period until he figured him out. Glazier did a great job. People just don't realize how great this Penn State team is. Best team to come along in 50 years, with many experts debating "all-time," or not.
My point is this...these wrestlers definitely make it look easy at times, but they arent out their taking unnecessary risks. They're just that damn good.
Cael coaches then to work hard, smart and be humble...you could see that when kerkvliet talked with Iowa super phenom freshman Ben kueter after the match, whispering "your time is coming," with his arm around Kueter's back. Total class! When Rathejen (possible spelling error) beat Penn State in SV, Cael stood up clapping with a smile on his face. He was applauding a great match between two guys who really went at it.

125 iowa wrestler should have gotten at leat 4 stalling calls you can't stay on a knee 80 percent of the time he's avoiding wrestling never took a shot he got a quick takedown early then dropped to a knee most of the match im sure coach cael will say something to the ref when they wrestle again

I don't see him as small for the weight class at all even though hes not at full 197 pounder and hes essentially wrestling up. However, to me, he looks just a big as the guys he wrestled this year and is handling it by teching most of them. I think he hit the gym as usual and changed his diet and he looks like a 197 lber to me. I don't see him as being smaller than the other guys. He was shorter than Tanner Sloan, but handled him just fine in the all star meet. #4 is coming his way, I truly believe. Hes the man.

It’s really a fine line between #1 and #20. There’s always going to be close matches. Brooks congratulated dude for putting up a good fight.
