I really enjoyed this practice, I will definetly repeat this. I liked that it was only 30 min in total, but most of all, I really enjoyed the pasing for each post, it got me to really sink into the pose and feel a deep stretch. I also enjoyed that you let there be silence in those deep stretch moments to let me just be with the stretch. Thank you!
I have been following your classes for over 4 years and so appreciate your style. Love this class also, the slow flow gentle deep stretch is so soothing. I wish I liked every video I have watched, you are awesome-thank you so much!
I just wanted to say thank you so much for this! We've been in lockdown for 3 weeks now and I have felt very, very unbalanced with all the changes. This is one of the first moments of feeling something normal and it's the first time I've had a chance to do any yoga for three weeks. I cannot express how much it meant to me today to have this. It will help me get through the rest of my day. Thank you so much...
Thank you, Erin! I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this soothing practice. You are so thoughtful to share this Bad Yogi Digital Studio practice with us. I appreciate you! Namaste!
You are obiiously very accomplished. I clicked on it because it was labelled simple. I found it very challenging and did not complete it. I share this only to help you understand that simple does not work for the general public.
Thank you for this timely gift. Your work is so much appreciated and you and family are loved. One day at a time everyone. Stay grounded and on your mat.
Thank you for this calming class. Just got away from a rude, entitled guy on Bumble who insists on meeting me despite my fear of the virus. I feel much better now after the class. Perfect exercise for staying at home during this epidemic
This was perfect! I loved how long we were able to stay in each pose to find our most natural breath & alignment, and journey a little deeper within each pose. Thank you for all that you do!
YAYYYYYY YOU'RE FINALLY BACK!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I did truly love the series of various other teachers and different styles you had recently- that was unique and incredible. but we love and missed you Erin. welcome back babygirl.
Hey Erin! I've been completing your videos for a few years now, originally on doyouyoga.com through your 30 day Yoga Challenge. Before discovering the challenge I had done hardly any yoga at all, and I definitely wouldn't have considered myself as flexible in any way! I just wanted to say thank you for sharing your practice with everyone and for inspiring me to start practising yoga all of these years :) x
Thank you Erin!!! I noticed since the first position that my hips and hamstrings were so tight that I couldn’t get where I wanted but I will keep stretching with your videos. Blessings!!!
What a wonderful way to start this week grounded! Thank you Erin!! ❤ PS, I think it would be hilarious to simulate a real class, like "Linda, stop gossiping, we left that at the door today!" because we all have a Linda in our class that we're going to miss a little during this time 😂😂
Hey Erin! Thank you for this class, I keep coming back to it. A question or comment about one of the poses. After the seated wide forward fold, you have us put our weight into our hands and lift our hips up. I can’t do that in slightest, which is rare because I’m decently flexible and exercise/move my body daily, and have been following you for 6 years 😂 do you have any speculations on why I can’t do that? Thanks!
Hi, Alyse- Good question! The ability to lift your hips up will most likely come with increased lower ab strength, but to make it easier for you, it's 100% acceptable to elevate the hips with a block or bolster. Hope this helps!
This was freakin awesome! I did take some liberties and went deeper in some poses to challenge myself further (I know, bad student!😇) The whole thing was great thanks for the video.

Okay I cannot even do the first pose LOL. Can anyone direct me to a video that works on flexibility because I would love to participate in videos like this one but feel completely unable to?
Can't believe how relief my shoulders feel after this class. Thank you, Erin
You're so welcome!
Merci Erin ! Les enchainements sont super !

Lovely really helped me work the kinks out of my shoulders and give love to my ever troubled hips.
Wonderful! Both are areas we commonly struggle with- glad to provide some relief!
