    I really enjoyed this practice, I will definetly repeat this. I liked that it was only 30 min in total, but most of all, I really enjoyed the pasing for each post, it got me to really sink into the pose and feel a deep stretch. I also enjoyed that you let there be silence in those deep stretch moments to let me just be with the stretch. Thank you!

    I just wanted to say thank you so much for this! We've been in lockdown for 3 weeks now and I have felt very, very unbalanced with all the changes. This is one of the first moments of feeling something normal and it's the first time I've had a chance to do any yoga for three weeks. I cannot express how much it meant to me today to have this. It will help me get through the rest of my day. Thank you so much...

    You are obiiously very accomplished. I clicked on it because it was labelled simple. I found it very challenging and did not complete it. I share this only to help you understand that simple does not work for the general public.

    Thank you for this calming class. Just got away from a rude, entitled guy on Bumble who insists on meeting me despite my fear of the virus. I feel much better now after the class. Perfect exercise for staying at home during this epidemic

    Hey Erin! Thank you for this class, I keep coming back to it. A question or comment about one of the poses. After the seated wide forward fold, you have us put our weight into our hands and lift our hips up. I can’t do that in slightest, which is rare because I’m decently flexible and exercise/move my body daily, and have been following you for 6 years 😂 do you have any speculations on why I can’t do that? Thanks!

      Hi, Alyse- Good question! The ability to lift your hips up will most likely come with increased lower ab strength, but to make it easier for you, it's 100% acceptable to elevate the hips with a block or bolster. Hope this helps!
