    Erin is the only online yoga teacher I can stomach. Most of the other teachers seem just fake to me but with Erin I feel she really enjoys what she does and has just the right way of motivating my lazy ass.

    This was a wonderful yoga to start the day with. Releasing those hips. Perfect as a new mom trying to balance getting the little one up and off to daycare before work. Really beneficial to anyone

    Erin, been following your workouts for a couple of years now and I'm really happy! The reason I like you so much it's because you are calm, nice and funny. TH-cam is filled with teachers that are either too hectic or to sexual for my taste. Keep up the good attitude: you're the only one that can put my lazy self to work in the morning!     I've been going to a local studio - 7 classes in 6 days.. I needed a day off. but didn't want to lose the amazing feeling yoga has been giving me. This was the perfect rest day at home practice that I needed. Thank you Erin.

    I find it so ridiculously hard to wake up in the morning (to the great amusement of my boyfriend) - but this was such a lovely way to start the day. I feel fresh and energised for the rest of the day ahead. Thanks so much Erin, I really appreciate your accessible content

    I woke up super early this morning after only 5 hours of sleep and could not fall back asleep no matter what I did. So I got up and did this practice. Boy what a difference! Feeling at ease and no longer frustrated at being unable to sleep, and I'm more energized. Love your videos! I'd love to see a yoga for stress relief video, if possible!!

    Delicious flow,just what I needed this morning. Just wish I could get my cardio on with yoga, I seem to need the cardio to get rid of menopausal 'brain fog' and fatigue x

    Could you do one for the back? I am a nanny and also work at a sports facility so I am always picking up kids or moving goals, so my back is in bad shape. Yoga for the back would be awesome :)

    Thank you Erin :) I liked the morning flow in the 30 day challenge better though, that is my absolute favorite :D And it sure is difficult to do pigeon so early in the morning :D Looking forward to future videos :D

    Loved it, thank you Erin! I sometimes teach a group at work an easy exercise on the break. I would love an all standing yoga for work that doesn't require a yoga mat. I work in a hospital so we don't want to be sitting och lying on the floor :-)

    You're amazing! Taking the time to share your practice and peace with us! Fantastic! Now, you've been doing this for a long time so it's probably not relevent to you but it would be nice if some soft music or something played in the background. When you get silent during some of the poses I actually need to stop and make sure the video is still rolling. Makes zenning out a little difficult. Still, so much love!

      also, in contrast, how about a bedtime flow? i already love starting my day with this, so i was thinking it would be nice to have a Bad Yogi routine with some relaxing, unwinding stretches to end the day!! -Jenna, NY

    Love the morning flow. Gets the energy moving... do you have an evening flow also? I try to do yoga three times a day... not always possible but it feels so good. And i have noticed when I don't do it for a day, my body feels off and not connected. Thank you for your wonderful sharing of knowledge... Namaste.

    I do happy to have found you to guide me through yoga. Your voice and guidance in the flow of the body calls to me in wanting to continue.
    I did have a question as well. When doing this morning stretch I started feeling overwhelm and tearing up. Do you know what that can be tied to (like if your body is trying to talk to you)?

    Hi Erin, I have been following you and participating in your yoga videos for a few years now. Due to issues with my health it is not good for me to do anything with inversions or poses that affect the pressure in my eyes. Would it be possible for you to do some segments that are easy going without inversions? Thank you, and your marriage proposal was wonderful to watch :-))

      Heyo, i'm studying sports in austria and i can assure you, that yoga and a clean, healthy diet can lead to amazing, defined bodys. Just do more sweaty yoga, like power yoga or flows! This will help define the muscle and if you eat the right things and the right amount of them nothin will stop your body from being awesome :D
