    Started Yoga for the first time today and this video was perfect. Any misconceptions or expectations about yoga were washed away immediately. Thank you, I think I love Yoga now!!!

    This is exactly what I need!! Fallen off the bandwagon because I found it hard to transition to longer classes and there's only so many times you can do the 30 day challenge so having had over a year off I keep saying I'll re-boot after my exam in a few weeks but this got me on my mat today!!! absolutely love it

    I recently had surgery on my foot so this was a nice and gentle way to get back into yoga for me.

    Thanks Erin. Lovely class! I can’t lift my arm sup to the sky becoz of my shoulders (previous frozen shoulders) so I just left it lying down my hip instead. Otherwise managed to do everything else fairly decently. Going to practice this flow every day for a week and see if I improve :)

    It d be cool to have a full 1 hour workouts! I like your style, but with short videos i never get to give it a go because there are not enough for a workout 😘

    hey i am suffering from anxiety,this section helped me to a great extent in the last few months......but now i feel like its not working..........can you suggest how to progress and control my anxiety

    i have Parkinson’s Disease. Would yoga help ? excellent video.

      Hello Susan, as I'm not a doctor I don't like to prescribe HOWEVER I'd love for you to do my classes. I'd just ask your doctor if you're in the clear to do yoga.
