But this was already a couple of years after Eliminator, the huge album that really exploded their popularity. And with good reason-although I tend to favor their ‘70s stuff, Eliminator really seemed like the perfect album at the perfect time for them. Back then you couldn’t have the radio on for any length of time without hearing Give Me All Your Lovin’, Sharp Dressed Man, or Legs. If anything, the real pressure on them at this time was to follow up Eliminator with something equally impressive.

I’ve never come close to having an awesome amp setup like The Rev - except for this situation. I used to play thru an identical little Peavey like he has here. For some reason mine didn’t sound the same as his.
Hey, what's wrong with Peavey? There's probably been more money gigs played through Peavey equipment than any other brand on the market. They've always been the poor itinerant musician's go-to gear.

And, amazingly, it sounds 'exactly' like the record. My guess is the secret is a small parametric equalizer in-line with the mids cut at about 2k with a fairly narrow Q.
If I could go back there for just 3 hour's, ... A million dollars, life is so very precious, spending it wisely, keeping our CREATOR GOD and his son,, JESUS,, in your everyday life, if your faithful, you may get to go back whenever you want..
