    Hi,
    I am facing a very strange issue. First I was using the Ink Circulation system but always have some issues. Today I removed the ink circulation system, & connect the pipe directly with ink tank.
    No matter how many head clean or power clean I do. After the first print, my second print has a very thing transparent white layer. Its like printer not sucking white ink. But white ink is full loaded in damper. I think When I do head or Power clean. First print is fine because of the white Ink left in head. Seems its not using/sucking white ink from damper. Now what should I do I changed Ink Cirulation to direct because of this issue Now I am very tired of these things. ANy suggestion?

    Do you know what could be the cause of white ink dissapearing halfway throughout an A3 sheet? It starts off good, 100% white, and then fades away to 0% white. We have tried changing the dumpers, applying the cleaning solution, shaking up the mixer... Do you have any ideas?

    • @dtfprintingtechnology9457
      @dtfprintingtechnology9457  ปีที่แล้ว

      What about the ink lines? Also check there is no white ink buildup at the bottom of the ink tank that might be affecting the ink flow. If it's not the ink flow issue, you may need a new printhead.

    • @MincomDoo
      @MincomDoo ปีที่แล้ว

      @@dtfprintingtechnology9457 Thank you very much for the quick response.
      We have tried shaking up the ink tank, so we figured there could be no build up at the bottom. We will have to check again.
      We are not sure what you mean about the ink lines? If you mean if lines are visible, then the answer is no (while the white doesn't start dissapearing). After it starts fading away lines start to become more and more visible.

  • @ND-yi5zv

    Confused with the process? I understand the heated film tray drys the ink, do you not need to cover the ink with the DTF powder before the ink drys? and then heat to dry?
    What stage do you cover the ink with powder?

    • @dtfprintingtechnology9457
      @dtfprintingtechnology9457  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It dries it enough to stop it from flowing. It does not dry it completely. The ink stays pretty sticky still for the powder application. The temperature is also adjustible so you can set it whatever temperature works best for you.

      @dtfprintingtechnology9457  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sometimes after you run a cleaning cycle, colours can look a little different on a nozzle check because the printhead may have some residual ink on the surface still. Try printing a small print. If the white remains bluish, clean the whole thing out, clean the lines, flash the print head, clean the dampers, clean under the dampers, clean the ink tanks and make sure your white ink that's in the tank is still white.

      @HeinerRadau 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@leooadi5311 if air goes in but no liquid comes out, it sounds like the Ventile is working properly then, but maybe your syringe is too thick to unlock the valve? There is a spring inside that pushes a hard bolt against the rubber, now in order to put ink into the damper this bolt has to be pushed down. I wish we could post photos in the comments, it would be much more helpful for everybody. Anyway, just Use a thinner syringe.

    • @dtfprintingtechnology9457
      @dtfprintingtechnology9457  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Tank, ink lines and dampers act as one interconnected system. Pigment wants to settle at the bottom of the ink tank and filler wants to raise to the highest point. Usually the top of your ink lines. Shaking the top part does not make it mix with the bottom part. Over time, you will end up printing with a higher concentration of glycirine. Which means that clogging will get worse. There are a few easy experiments that anyone can do to test this. But if shaking works for you, then great! Stick to what's best for you.
