    Is there any particular brand or type lithium grease that you use? I have seen a few that seem to be on the thicker side and wondered if that would slow the printer down a tiny bit.

    Hey how do you solve scratchy dtf prints? We have the R2 and are still on our learning curve - we have printed a few great prints and some now have minor scratches on them - they print well it looks like something is scratching when the print hits the shaker and through the heater

      Check your powder to make sure there aren't any little "powder stones" in there. Sometimes the powder can solidify into these shapes. When these powder stones hit the liquid ink, they can scratch or mar the image. You can usually break up these tiny stones back into powder. But if you've been recycling your powder over and over and over, you may want to swap in a fresh batch.
