hola quiero saber si tienen algun video que me ayude a solucionar , mi printer esta llegando solo a una parte del diseno y despues se detiene, tienes algun video , tengo un epson l 1800 dtf , gracias por tu ayuda
Please I just bought an Epson L1800 to be converted to DTF printer but someone said it is not advisable as the printhead gets clogged easily. Kindly advise me further. Thanks
Hello, thanks for the video. It is very helpful. I have an Epson L1800 roll model printer. When printing one image, the printer snatches the film back a little after the printing is done causing the design to smear. I don't know what's causing it to do that after it prints.
Hello! Thank you for watching. If you use Digital Factory DTF Edition you should increase the "Roll End Advance" option so that it pushes the film and does not cause the head to rub against the design. If you use other software, find a way to slightly stretch the design to avoid this problem.
Good morning I have a new modified Epson L1800 for dtf but when i start printing there are small bubbles like foam rising from my wast ink pad to my print head. Then i have wast ink on my paper. Can you help me with this problem please
very interesting tutorial. I think I need help, I have a L1800 printer gave me a problem, the head printer replaced it and now it doesn't print anything, I already did head cleaning, nuzzle check and nothing. Maybe main board problem. Can any good samaritan help me?
Hello! Has the printer shown any error? Have you flushed the print head after disassembling it to check if the cleaning liquid comes out? It's also really important to make sure the flex cable is in place. I recommend taking the ink out of the dampers with a syringe to check if it comes out properly. You should also verify that the transportation lock is not on. Finally, I recommend that you do an initial ink charging by resetting your printer. I really hope this helps!
Hi, i have a problem with my magenta color, it has black color in it, all colors are okay except colors that needs magenta. Magenta damper has black on it so it was contaminated, so what i did is to replace my magenta damper but the issue is still the same, my magenta colors has black color mixed with it.
Hi! I would suggest changing the damper first, but you should flush the printhead before replacing it. You should also clean the wiper blade and the capping station (the area where the printhead rests, which can be very dirty and, due to the negative pressure, the printhead absorbs discarded ink and contaminates the damper ink).
My DTF EPSON L1800 will start printing well and then just stop laying down white. Sometimes I will get a full 13x19 film printed and when I start next sheet the white stops. Sometimes in the middle of printing the white just stops. Any suggestions?
Hello, updated from my last question. I have a new machine Epson SP1390. After printed 5 sheets of A3, suddenly the initialising getting slow. It took about 25minutes on the first initialising then pop up error. Tried reset the spooler but still doesn’t fix. Get more space on C drive but still problem. Any solution? Thank you.
Hello Jacky! What software do you use to print? Have you tried uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling them? Have you tried changing the cable or the USB port?
@@brildoren7440 Hi, thank you so much. I will try to change the epson sp1390 driver. Or maybe you have recommendation for that software? Give link please. Thank you.

Hello! This may be because the usb ports are set to save power. You should disable the power saving options to ensure the flow of information. Another option could be a faulty usb cable. You can try on another PC to check if it is a printer or a PC fault. You can also contact Cadlink support and explain your problem. Hope this helps!
Hello , I have Epson L1800 which is converted to dtf few days back. I am facing issues with print. There is a separate wet area outside the print. It looks like stroke. On every print i am facing this issue . It is creating a white wet line without any colour. What to do?
Hello! Where does it appear? Is it at the end of the print? This is probably because the print head rubs against the film. Make sure your DTF film is completely horizontal and leave margins before and after printing to avoid this problem. Hope this helps!
I found your video superb! I wonder if you agree that I will copy your video and put my Japanese superimpose or after recording in Japanese language for re-uploading on to the You Tube for my Japanese clients. Please advise. Thank you for your consideration.
Hello Hiroshi! Thank you so much for your comment! I really appreciate it. As long as you reference or mention the original video, there should be no problem.
Hello! You should clean the nozzles by disassembling the printhead and flushing. Then make sure to clean the area where the dampers rest so that there is no contamination between the inks. What software do you use? Depending on it, you may also have a problem with the ICC profile and that's why another ink appears when you print black.
Hi! I suggest doing a power flush from the printer driver, if it doesn't work, you should make sure the dampers are full of ink. You can use a syringe. Finally, if none of this works, you should check if the flex cables are well-connected to make sure that liquid is coming out of the printhead by flushing it.
@@brildoren7440 thank you for the advice. I continued cleaning, hypercleaning, but it didn't work. As a last resort, I stuck a syringe in the waste ink hose to remove the air. that solved it thank you.

thanks for the video.) tell me please, did you use acrorip v10? The problem is that the white ink shifts towards the end of the image and part of the drawing remains without a white substrate. Especially if multiple image and single print job
Thank you Any! We don't use acrorip v10 we use cadlink digital factory dtf edition but this is a white layer shrinkage problem. Maybe you have too many shrinkage pixels. You should go to the White tab and under Decrease set less pixels than you have. Maybe 1 or 2 pixels is enough.
