    Hi,
    Very helpful, thanks.
Are the documents submitted online while paying the fees or manually submitted with check list on the appointment date. Thanks

      Hello,
Both options are available, if parents are elderly pay the fee for scan around 1000INR & they documents can be uploaded at the visa centre.

Please have a look at the VFS global link sent to you. It gives you the option to upload, also tells you regarding the size & format required.

More over she doesn’t have any documents in which her sur name match to my passport .
In that case how do I proof my relationship with her ???

Should not be an issue, parents also get standard visitor visa. Please enclose an invitation letter from your end supporting their reason of visit & also bank statements for financial support (from both ends).
      Best wishes

If parents are nephro patient dialysis dependent will get dialysis here free ?

    • @UKDreamers
      @UKDreamers  3 ปีที่แล้ว

They need to have NHS number, followed by a GP appointment then assessment by Renal team.
This will take time, so to be honest I cant say much about this.
They would be getting Emergency treatment & admissions if needed but a routine dialysis would be challenging till NHS number & GP is sorted.

      Hello,
U could always call her on the standard tourist visa for 6 months.
If there is a civil partnership or marriage certificate you even apply for dependent visa for them.

Hello Sir! I have a query please. Visa application me mujhe mere parents ke naam ke India ke property documents attach karna essential hai kya. They have documents on their name but all are in 'Hindi'.
Aapne apne parents ko UK call karne ke liye ye documents attach kiye the kya? Please it will help a lot if you reply.

      Hello,
Maine nahi attach kiye the property papers. But account statements attach kiye the, India ke bhi aur UK ke bhi.
Apne end se aap ek cover letter attached kariye, aur parents ka bhi cover letter including reason of visit, duration of visit.

Thank you very much. I am a Cameroonian nationality who is on LR and we want my mother to come and visit. My hubby is British C and we have two B Children (8/3) living in our home 3beds. My questions are:
    1) my LR will expire on July 2022 is it a problem as we want her to apply for 6 months visa from April?
    2) can we apply now stating that she will need a visa from April?
    3) will it be relavant (advantage or a disadvantage) to say on her application that she will help me with the children as I am a student Nurse (placement issue). As I struggled with the childcare because we live in country side?
    3) Is it best for my husband to be the one to invite her?
    4) do a university letter as a supporting documents would help?
    5) is it mandatory to be Covid-19 vaccinated ?
    Thanks again

    • @UKDreamers
      @UKDreamers  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello,
Yes your husband could be the primary sponsor on the grounds that he is the son in law.
If u need her to come in April start visa formalities in march, once visa arrives in about 2 weeks, you could get her here.
You won't need university papers, they would need your bank statements though.
Do not mention specifically that she is coming for child care, just write visiting family, incase they ask then only give detailed reasons.
Covid vaccination - I have not a clear idea on that, depends on immigration requirements & rules.
      Best wishes.

Hello Sir, thanks for sharing the information.. I moved to UK few weeks back along with my husband and kid. My husband has a Tier 2 visa and I'm on dependent visa. I'm planning to apply Visa for my parents. My kid is brought up by my parents while I was working in India and he is not able to stay in UK day care even for an hour. I need to work to support my family. Can you please advise... 1) Is UK Standard Visitor Visa the right one which would enable my parents to stay for 6 months? Since there is another option called "Family visa" getting confused 2) In case of Bank statement, since we just moved in, can we use our Indian account bank statement? Thanks a lot

      Hello,
Did u apply for Visitor visa ?
If she has not a good health condition, is over 70 & has many health problems they could deny it.
Also the reason for her visit would be a big factor.
She can't stay more than 180 days in the UK.
So she can't be your dependent, only spouse & kids are dependent. Rest everyone is in standard visitors visa.

Hello, that's a great video. There are a couple of questions I would like to ask. I am a British Bangladeshi. I have a decent job and a house. My wife (Bangladeshi) joined me in the UK 2.5 years ago. However, she has not yet become a British citizen. We are expecting our first child soon. Is it possible for my parents-in-law to visit the UK to see their daughter and grandchild? They are from Bangladesh. They live in a village and don't have jobs. They own lands and properties and receive a certain amount of money every year to live on. Here are my questions to you:
    a) Do they both need separate bank accounts? The couple has a joint account. Will it work?
    b) How much money does each applicant need to have in their bank account. Bear in mind that I will be basically sponsoring and supporting them financially while staying in the UK. I can show £10k+ in my bank account. Is it sufficient?
    c) What documents do they need to submit apart from a copy of their passports, National ID cards and bank statement? I am able to submit a copy of my passport, bank statements, job letter, accommodation letter etc.
    d) Do I need to apply on their behalf and submit the documents at the VFS service in the UK? Or is it my in-laws who will need to apply individually and submit the documents at the local VFS centre in Bangladesh?

    • @UKDreamers
      @UKDreamers  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello,
Congratulations for being a parent soon.
      1. Joint account should be ok, they can have some money in it 1000£ equivalent to Bangladeshi currency should be fine.
      2. Please use your account statements to support evidence that you have enough & they can be taken care off.
      3. All documentation that u have stated can be used, also use your wife's latest medical records which show her estimated date if delivery.
      4. Yes you could on their behalf online, I would suggest you to upload all the documents to vfs or use their scanning service, that will help your in-laws.
      Best wishes.
