Pati yng magiging husband nya, naka sign sa invitation letter, saka sa evidence na di mag breach ng law sa UK. Saka ung magiging requirments namin po base sa video nyo, is mag base if ano po relationship ng applicant sa mag apply ng visa. Tama?

I just filled out the form/ questions in the visa application. I also provided a scanned copy of my parents' passports, but just the data portion only. I think the home office can verify in the system if they have indeed traveled to other countries.
Yung time po ng pag apply ko sa parents ko, i did not provide for AOS. I think naka hold po sya now as requirement. Double check with phil immigration or gov.uk. ung friend ko na bago lang nag apply ng visa for mom nya and siblings, nag provide sya aos.

I think it's better to provide bank certificate. Ang gusto lang naman makita ng home office if may capacity kayo to pay for your funds here and if may laman ung account nyo po. Mostly ung mga na dedeny ang daming pinapasang documents. Same lang naman din ung mag rereflect sa passbook pati statement.

Since ako ung sponsor, i was the one who provided the marriage cert and birth cert. Then both my parents also submitted birth cert. I guess they can also include it sa application. You may check sa description for the list of docs i've submitted and visa guide questions po
Bank cert lng po ng parents ko and 6mos payslip ko. Up to you po if you'll provide bank statements. Pls refer to the list of docs i've provided sa description box po.

I hope this helps. -After your bio, VFS will send you an email stating that it has been forwarded to UKVI for processing. -Within the next few days, UKVI will send you an email confirming that your application has been received and is currently under review. -Then, If a decision has already been made, VFS will notify you that it has been received, as well as whether your passport has been dispatched if you have availed a courier service; otherwise, they will notify you when your passport is ready for collection. -Lastly, you will not know the outcome of the visa whether it is approved until you obtain your passport. In response to your second question, if your application is denied, you will receive an email with a refusal letter stating the reason why the application has been refused.

@@Aprang4 If you did not receive any refusal email prior to receiving your passport, there's a possibility that your application has been approved based on my experience or that of others. But of course, you'll see it 100% when you receive your passport.

As long as ma provide nyo lang po ung mandatory requirements. Makikita nyo po un after the visa application. Mostly naman mga pensioner naaaprove.

Nope. Stress free po msyado pag kukuha ng UK visa. Mga pinoy lang din po ang nsa VFS during biometric.
