how to get recommendation letters on company's letterhead? Does experience letter from the employers work for First stage for Global talent visa?

My stage 1 application was refused (British Academy) because of "eligibility criteria" as, according to them, I lacked the PhD or equivalent experience requirement and therefore, my application couldn't be reviewed further. This means it was not even reviewed by the panel. This is very confusing as I clearly stated on the application my qualifications (including the equivalent research experience to PhD). I will seek a review but any recommendations?
