    Thanks for the video. What visa type can a UK citizen or resident choose to invite their mother who is not a UK native please? In this case it is the UK citizen who needs their mother to take care of them after medical procedures

      From my limited understanding this situation will require input from immigration lawyers. These settlement applications are notoriously difficult.

    • @SumanPaulDoc

      Its difficult to do that.Perhaps if they have other friends and family who will invite them and you can travel at the same time. Its much easier if you have an accommodation and job here.

    Hi suman
    Thank you for the informative video
    I’m working full time in the uk on tier 2 visa it’s benn two years i haven’t seen my parents in 3 years because I’m working 24 hours as a live in carer My client is vulnerable and can’t get better care than me so I want to sponsor my parents in the uk do you have any information ? What process do I need?
    Thank you.

    • @SumanPaulDoc
      @SumanPaulDoc  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      As u mentioned in the video , this will be very difficult. Also being a live in carer, you will need a separate accommodation for your parents. Visitor visa is the easiest option. For dependant visa please consult a solicitor.

    • @SumanPaulDoc
      @SumanPaulDoc  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      They can apply as soon as you have an accommodation and job in the uk. Roughly after 2-3mnths. Strictly speaking you don't really need to be in uk for your parents to apply for visit visa but having your own accommodation is really helpful so that you can act as a sponsor for your parents
