What u said absolutely correct doctor sir, because frozen shoulder my life narak bhana diya hai😭i am suffering from 6 months. First 3 month the pain was bearable, but i had a one month dance programm practice, made the pain heavy. Aerobic karte time pain started first time injune. Work out maine nahi choda tha, after 2 months chod thiya, now completely in rest, more than 1 month physiotherapy se bi pain kam nahi hua. I didnt sleep from last 4 months. Pain sahan nahi hora doctor.....
