    This recipe is so delicious! I made this last night for dinner and it was so easy to make and I will definitely make this again! Yummy! It beats slaving over the stove to make it and I think it was restaurant quality. Thanks so much for sharing it ❤

    I wish I had discovered your channel sooner. I got an instant pot as a wedding gift 3 yrs ago and have only used it 3x. Today was my 4th because of your short ribs recipe.

      She helped me cook dinner in less that 15 minutes. When I say a time saver and tremendous help! Being a mom of 2 under 2 and having a crazy house, I had time to clean and take care of the children instead of slaving over the stove. I love my crock pot now because of her recipe!

    I have been following you for a while now! I love your easy recipes! I came today to look for this recipe! Thank you! If I use chicken should it be cooked 1st? Before putting in instant pot! I have 3 instant pots! Viva & 3 Quart & 6 quart Duo. I use them all! I wouldn't take anything for my instant pots. So much better then a crock pot!
    I really love your simple & yummy recipes! Keep them coming! I always share them to Family & friends, and tell them to scribe to your channel! Do you have a cookbook out?
    Sincerely Belinda! Have you made a video of your new house / kitchen yet? GOD BLESS YOU.

      Thank you so much Brenda! I am thrilled to hear you enjoy my videos :) I would recommend adding chicken after pressure cooking, or browning it well, deglazing the pan and placing the partially cooked chicken on top of the noodles and cook as directed. And still working on the video.

    Hello Mind Full Mom! First off, I'm eager to lavish you with compliments about your stellar channel! I've just surfed dozens of channels about Instant Pot expertise, and yours is BY FAR the most impressive and amazing. Your recipes are ALL the foods I LOVE to eat! And your videos are the highest quality presentations I've ever seen! I've binged almost all of them in one night! Next, may I trouble you for a bit of basic Instant Pot advise? I'm a single fella who just bought a three quart Instant Pot, and I'd like to know if cutting the ingredients in half can be done without changing the times? I think I heard that's possible in one of your videos, but now I'm not so sure? I plan to start trying your fantabulous-looking fettuccine Alfredo recipe, (and about a dozen others this week!) if I can cut the ingredients in half? Or, can I use this full recipe in my three quart pot, if it all fits? I don't mind snapping the noodles to a shorter length, but will they cook right if they stack closer to the top? Or will they float in the taller water? Does that even matter? Help! I know you're probably a very busy person, but any assistance you might graciously offer will be GREATLY appreciated! Keep up the world-class tremendous work! --If I don't see a reply soon, I'll probably do some experiments.😬 THANKS!

      @AMindFullMom  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi there! First of all, thank you for the compliments! I am so happy to hear you are enjoying my videos. As for your 3-quart model--you can cut any recipe in half (leave the cooking time the same) and have success AS LONG AS YOU STILL HAVE AT LEAST 3/4 CUP OF THIN LIQUID. You can prepare the full amount as long as your inner pot is not more than 2/3rd of the way full. I hope that helps!

    Here in Quebec we have cooking cream that is a 35% fat, do you think it will be ok? I just bought my instant pot so I want to make sure IT’s ok.

    • @AMindFullMom
      @AMindFullMom  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Great question! Heavy cream is 36% fat content, so cooking cream will work great.

    How to make the sauce thicker?

    • @AMindFullMom
      @AMindFullMom  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You can thicken with a cornstarch slurry or after pressure cooking, saute for a bit after pressure cooking, or add cubed cream cheese.

  • @TaherOsman
    @TaherOsman 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

    I did the same and I had a food burn, not sure why.
    I don’t have a manual button, I pressed high pressure and decreased to 6 minutes.
    It didn’t start immediately, and instead displayed “On” for a long time and then “Burn food”
    What might be the reason?

    • @AMindFullMom
      @AMindFullMom  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      To prevent a burn notice, be sure to add the broth FIRST, then noodles, and only use heavy cream--no substitutions.

  • @cielowhitham1317

    I made this and I wasn't a fan of the chicken broth. It made it taste like chicken noodle soup. This is common with all instant pot alfredo recipes that use chicken broth.

    Sauce was too runny for my taste. I remade with half the chicken stock, a stick of salted butter and an herb/garlic cream cheese...Better for my personal taste. I like a thick and buttery Alfredo sauce. I also included some grilled chicken. Mine is less healthy yet more robust...This is still one of my 3 favorite sites for Instant Pot recipes. I duplicate first and then adjust to personal taste...
