10:55 When I click that "cut" button I get a "duration" of 2 hours which is damn annoying. Earlier version (V1.6) allowed me to click the "cut" again to make my selection - V2.03 (as you have) does not allow that. I have to continually have to drag that "end line" all the way back to where I want it. Clicking the "cut" button cuts an entire 2 hour selection instead of the 5 minute cut that I want. I tried getting into the NVR as you did at 12:20 but it keeps asking me to install a "plugin". I installed on computer and still it asks to install plugin. I have a monitor attached to the NVR - it does not have the "Basic" in the "storage" menu (maybe my 4104 is getting too old)..... Do you have any answer to this? Please!
You use P2P to get the recorder connected to Dahua Smart PSS. Once that is done, follow this video and you can log into the recorder with a browser through Smart PSS. It a really cool feature. 3:10 I (????) ticked that "Storage" button when I installed - is there a way to remove it after installation?
SUPERB
can we use it for dahua thermal cam?
Yes
What about without same networks how do i need to setup
If you are connecting remotely use P2P and device serial number instead of local IP, that's all. Don't even need to port forward these days!

I have it on my mac and it works well. You need to pick the mac download below, not windows.
