Question for you. Can you setup a video wall using multiple HDMI ports within the PC running smartpss connected to multiple monitors without using a external decoder device?
Hi, could you please explain how to configure Smart PSS using the Dahua server serial number, in order to display the cameras views when my computer is connected to the internet through a different Wifi network than the Wifi network used by the cameras. Thank you for your assistance
Can I create a view with say 9 cameras (we have 13 total cameras) and save that so tomorrow when I open Smart PSS I can just click on the view to see those same cameras? I could do that in my Hikvision but haven't figured it out on day 1 of Smart PSS. Thanks

At 18:16 during the Playback section of the video, you pull up a calendar and on the 3 days prior to the date you have the blue dot on there are small blue dots on Mon the 1st, Tues the 2nd and Wed the 3rd. What do those blue dots mean? Great video!
I have Smart PSS for mac. It is so glitchy and clunky. It takes forever for videos to load. Even when there is motion, the recording will stop for 10-15 seconds and then start again. It's so frustration and annoying. Any ideas as to why this is happening? The mobile app seems to have better functionality.
Yup for me too. Im On a Intel iMac last model they made with 40GB of ram and it’s very shoppy. It also hoggs storage like nothing else. I running 16 cameras and it cashes up 100Gb of storage in no time. I tried to find something in settings to change hard drive but there isn’t.
I’m using the same username and password at 7:30 that I used when I login after clicking main manu to enter the live view part on monitor but It still shows offline idk how to fix it please guide me

Hi, u need to choose read only when u need to keep all records untouchable. For instance when something happens and don't want that the records get lost by some camera recording and overwriting your data, but u need to turn on dvr to search some images
nothing works to change the video wall. the software is broken. I've watched all the video's, spent a month at this. The latest rendition of the software is junk.
Question - for some reason SMARTPSS is not finding my device. I have the IP address of my device, and I have the auto search, searching for the range which my device is in, but it cannot find it. Any suggestions?

When you install a NVR do you do everything via the computer (NVR software) or do you also use a monitor connected to the NVR to do setup etc.?

Question what if i dont have a sd card can you show me to record it in your laptop every 12 hours and after that it will overwrite it?

If I've no mistakes, the blue dots are dates that has camera image recorded.

check your routing, it is possible the systems cannot connect
