I have two Security DVR hook up to my home to my network. I use to view them on my PC when I go in other rooms using Microsoft Explorer but after they switch to MS Edge I can not get a connection. I have been trying to get SmartPSS to work but the only thing it finds with auto search is the IP of the PC. I Have tried for a week now to get this to work. I even unblock my fire wall and it makes no different. It's like I have no network on my PC what do you think is the problem? 🤔🤔
Hi Jeff, i just installed the SmartPSS but my screen, letters and icons on the programma are very tiny. I tried everything but can't adjust the size. I hope you can help me!
Is it possible to place the recordings to a cloud directly rather than to an HDD? And also - how to delete and how to copy (to another drive) a recording?

Hi Jeff, would have any ideas on what would cause the error msg "Video Decode failed" on all my streams? I am logged in to Smart PSS using the Serial No. as you described. I have 265H encoding selected; P2P online. I have no problem streaming to my Android mobile using mobile data on DMSS. Late model PC (2.9Ghz CPU with 8Gb RAM). NVR is an 8ch. model with 6 x 6Mp cams. Appreciate your help!! John
It would have been nice if you had shown how to add camera through device add. I have three coax cameras and one IP camera. My coax cameras are working fine and visible but I can't get the IP camera to go online even though I'm using admin username and password it keeps telling me that it is wrong and I don't know why.
Not a single answer to any of the questions asked, lift your game Jeff or find someone to do the videos who can be bothered with those of us who are struggling with NVR and all the related problems. You just skate over stuff expecting everyone to have a degree in tech acronyms and terms.
How can we backup video recordings at certain timestamps using the smart pss software? Would be cool if you showed this detail also in the video.

Hi, I am trying to make the fonts on the side menu bigger in live view, side bar menu is very small, how to make font bigger?
