I made these are today and they are delicious!!! Took longer in my oven but that's ok. I added a small amount of xanthan gum like 1/4 or less in second mix and I found it made it easier to spread cream cheese / butter on. I subscribed to ur channel. Also just made the ice cream as well can't wait to try it. ❤️Tganj u for ur hard work and expertise. I notice these recipes tend to make nice bread, but they are crumbly and not dense like a bagel actually would be, and wondered what could be added to simulate the gluten that is missing. I personally can handle gluten but my friend cannot. We often cannot share bread items as Gluten free is often still carby, but low carb breads with the copy cat texture often use gluten or destarched wheat. Trying to find something we both can enjoy that has the taste AND texture is a bonus. Denser breads recipes like bagels ( which are boiled) and chewy english muffins are hard to find.

I just made cottage cheese brownies that were FABULOUS !!! I just pulled your recipe and am going to make it in a few minutes to go with the meatloaf that I just made for supper, I'll add broccoli for low carb and that'll complete our supper meal 😊 thank you !!!

@ I just tried this recipe with blueberries. Of course took out the onion powder. Replaced that with a little monk fruit. Sprinkled a little monk fruit on top of the egg washed top and success!! Yummy!

This looks great but I have issues with Oxalates so the Almond flour is out for me as is very high in oxalates. Is there another flour that can be substituted for the almond?
