Hello, hello! Girrrrl! I have lost a total of 27lbs and my blood sugar has been 88-93 for the last ten days! I AM SO BEYOND THANKFUL TO YOU! I have enjoyed so many of the foods I used to, just by tweaking the ingredients! As a thank you, I want to share one of my favorites with you and those that come to your channel! SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE- (TWEAKED) ❤ (NO sweet potato) 3 cups BUTTERNUT SQUASH (you can buy frozen and pre diced) 1 cup Cauliflower florettes 1/2 cup Allulose (dry) 1/2 cup Organic Grass fed Butter 2 eggs, beaten 1 tsp Vanilla 1/2 tsp cinnamon (I use Ceylon cinnamon) 1/3 cup Milk (I use half and half diluted with filtered water. Makes a great keto milk with only 1g sugar, much less than milk) TOPPING 1/3 cup melted Butter 1 cup Swerve Brown Sugar Replacement 1/2 cup (blended) Choc Zero Brand Premium Cookies (1g sugar) (Amazon, blue round can) 1 cup Pecans Place diced Butternut squash and cauliflower on a cookie sheet bake @350 until tender Once cooked, mash or blend in blender until creamy Mix in Allulose, Butter, eggs, Vanilla, Cinnamon & Milk Pour mixture into 9x13 baking dish TOPPING: Melt Butter and mix in Swerve, Cookies & Pecans Sprinkle generously over casserole mixture Bake 25 min. at 350 degrees THEY WILL NEVER KNOW! TASTES WONDERFUL AND NO SPIKE IN BLOOD SUGAR! HUGS!
OK, this sounds super interesting. I think I need to try it. I can’t get over the cauliflower florettes. It’s tripping me up. Haha but I will give it a try
@@CrystalsCleanKitchen they act as a filler. It’s a consistency thing! It’s SOOOO YUMMY! Would love to see you do a video of it once you have Crystal tested and Crystal approved it! It’s a holiday dish for most… but my family asks for it periodically even when it isn’t the holidays. It’s a great dish!

Hahaha, what did I miss? You’re pronouncing ALLULOSE differently. I actually learned of this product from you and it took me forever to pronounce it the first way! lol 😂 😂 😂
CRYSTAL : I am looking at your bottle of Vanilla. Did it happen to come from Haiti ? I brought back a dozen bottles from Haiti that has this exact same label on it. VERY stong. No alcohol.
@ That’s okay , but thank you. There’s is not shipped to America. I just thought maybe you had made a trip to Haiti and happened to find some at their huge open air markets. Sure brought back some warm and fuzzy memories for me. ❤️
@ THEIR vanilla has no alcohol in it like ours does. You would LOVE the Haitians, Crystal. As a side note, several years ago I made my own vanilla with no alcohol. Turned out great. I have been wanting to TRY the granulated vanilla sugar,too.
@carolcole570 i’m sure I would love the Haitians. I have traveled extensively and I love other cultures. Someday I would like to travel and start another TH-cam channel of food from other countries and making it with local people.

I am actually not positive. I just bought it from Costco. I can look at it and see if I could find where it was made though.

Almond flour can constipate also.
Feel free to use lupin flour, or Tiger.nut flour.

Most people think that a small amount is OK of tapioca flour
So disappointed, enough with the almond flour and almond butter in so many recipes. Apologies
