    sa tagal ko di tumatakbo ng matagal nag try ako tumakbo for 2mins straight at naramdaman ko sumakit paa ko at hingal 😂 pero next day morning di na ako masyado hinihingal for 2mins running pero may pain sa binti i think di pa naka recover nung first day na nag sprint ako

      Sir nag long run ako kahapon 19.80 km tinapos ko 2 hours and 32 minits may uphill kasi sa route ko minor pain lang naman sa knee ko pero as of now ok naman pwede maka hinge ng program Sir?

    1st time ko lng paps mag running/jogging pero nag lalakad din naman ako. Malaking benefits din ang walking kung baga un ang pahinga mo run. 1st time ko mag jogging naka abot ako ng 1hour d kaya masama un pilitin mo kahit sobrang hingal kana?

      Mas okay pa din po dahan dahan lang pero consistent. mahaba na po yung isang araw mas okay po kahit 15-20 minutes muna pero every other day.

      okay lang po sakin maligo after mag run kahit po sa bike. sa mga event po katulad ng triathlon may naghihintay na bath tub pagkatapos ara mabilis mawala ang sakit ng katawan.

    Sir new subs po, tanong ko lang po kase wala pa dalawang kilometro masakit na ung tagiliran sa kanan po, beginner lang po ako. Ganun po ba talaga kapag nag sisimula palang. May pinaghahandaan po kase ako sa agility sa PNP, 3km po kase in 19 minutes ang kailangan ma comply. Anong routine or pano po kaya na hindi agad sasakit ung sa tagiliran or mapalakas at hindi agad tukurin. Tips naman po. Salamat po sir

      Ganyan po ako dati. Ang turo sakin wag uminom ng tubig before tumakbo. Kaya ang ginagawa ko po 2 hours before tumakbo dna po ako umiinom. Effective naman po sakin.

      Depende po sa run kapag mga interval or track nag warm up po pero pag long run or easy run kahit hindi na pero strecthing po palagi pagkatapos mag run.

      Depende po sa libreng oras nyo pero kung kaya sa umaga mas okay po sa reason na mas madami kayong energy and kung balak nyo sumali sa mga event kadalasan po ay umaga ito ginagawa mas masasanay ang katawan nyo.

      bagalan nyo lang po ng konti maaring hindi pa po sanay ang katawan sa bilis ng takbo.

      Helllo po ang kagabdahan sa running is wala po syang age limit. Kailangan nyo lang po bagalan ang takbo nyo and unti unti nyo po dagdagan ang kilometers check nyo po yung program na nasa link subukan nyo po para maka abot kayo ng 5k.

      I mean yung 2kms na tinutukoy ko ay yung non stop po,,,, yung tuloy tuloy na takbo, pero takbo lakad na ang ginagawa ko hanggat makabuo ako nang 5 to 6kms or more pa po

      Masyado pong mabilis yung takbo nyo hindi pa po sanay yung katawan nyo sa ganung kabilis side stich po ang tawag dun parang pulikat ng diaphragm.

    Tumatakbo po ako sa umaga..pero night shift po trabaho ko..masama po ba yon

      Okay lang po basta po kaya nyo pa matulog after. Ang mahirap po kapag hindi kayo natutulog pero natakbo pa rin kayo🤙🏼
