    Madami ako tanong idol, para sa Q&A na content mo. HAHAHAHA
    1. Bawal ba mag suot ng earphones during race? wala kasi ako nakikitang elite runners na may earphones?
    2. nasubokan mo na ba mag Trail RUn? pwede ba pag sabayin ang trail and road running? or focus lang sa isa?
    3. Totoo po ba na kelangan mag carbo loading 2-3 days before the race, pag 21-42km?
    4. Sulit ba na bumili ng running shoes (imitations) sa shopee/lazada?
    5.sabi nila, "always listen to your body to avoid injury" = ano po gagawin ko tuwing gigising ng madaling araw para magjogging, pero sabi ng katawan ko 'sarap pa matulog' - itutuloy ko pa ba magjogging?
    6. regarding trail run: Sa downhill portion, ano pong tips para hindi ka gumulong or madulas while running?
    7, Bakit hindi nag susuot ng tshirt mga marathon runners? bakit puro naka sando(singlet) lahat? bawal po ba tshirt?
    8. anong taon ka nag start nahiligan ang running?
    9. gaano ka importante ang heart rate monitor? pwede ba na isawalang bahala iyan?
    10. gaano ka importante ang gym? pwede ba na puro takbo nlng?, wag na mag gym?

    Tama ka brod , 3-4x per week lng training plan ko gaya mo rin may recovery , easy run , speed work out, easy run n long run sa linggo, natumbok mo kabayan very informative sa kgaya ntn recreational runners, shukran 👍.

      Good question po, Since 2 days po yan na sunod at long break na after. Magiging majority po nyan dapat ay zone 2 or easy runs lalo dahil po mas needed natin i focus sa based (foundation ) yung run natin. Example po this week Saturday, Sunday EASY RUN, NEXT week po pwede na LONG RUN na easy pace tapos RECOVERY run kinabukasan. Sunod na weekends po EASY runs ulit na 2 days, Then sa susunod na weekends pwedeng TEMPO runs kinabukasan RECOVERY run. I hope nabigyan ko po kayo ng magandang idea. Salamat po sa tiwala at panunuod.       Nice to hear from you po sir, opo hindi po natin kailangan pwersahin yung body natin sa limit. Okay po yan run walk, Ang mother ko po 67 yrs old tumatapos din po ng 5k sa run walk. Mainam po yan para iwas injury, sakit at nakaka boost din po ng good mood natin once naka pag excercise sa araw araw. Thank you po sa support. God bless

    nagprepare po kami ngayon para sa AU100 ALBAY ULTRA MARATHON 100K
    Ang ganda po ng mga video mo Sir... more power and God bless po para sa channel mo... sana marami kang matulongan at ma guide lalo na sa baguhan...
    Sana gawa ka rin po video para sa ultra po... 80k 100k up po..
    sana maka gawa ka po content about sa weekly mileage
    Wala po akong accurate na training plan dahil may trabaho din po...
    basta ito yung hindi nawawala sa training ko po... LSD at least once a week po...
    at dahil 100k po sasalihan... nasa 40k pataas po LSD once a week...

      Congrats na agad po Sir sa pag sali palang sa AU100, ibang klaseng dedikasyon sa training at tapang po ang meron kayo kaya di pa man nagaganap yung race, Panalo na po kayo.
      4 times palang po ako nag Ultra 50k twice, isang 60k at 70k awa po ni Lord napilit na maipodium po lahat yun. It seems mas experience po kayo pag dating sakin sa ultra Idol. hehe

      Good question po, sa isang buong week ang Body workout ko po na nka focus ay CORE exercise or LEG workout, Alternate po sila na ginawa pero two days lang po sa isang linggo to avoid conflict sa ginawa natin na run training. Gagawan po ako ng video dyan to further explain yung context. Salamat po sa support at pag titiwala. God bless

      @@rockybalboa93 ah ito po pla yung tanong.haha. kung well rested po kayo ng ilang araw at atleast nakaka pag 10km na kayo ng basic run Pwede naman na po yung long na 17km, wag nyo lang po dagdagan pa dun at baka mabigla na body nyo. Tyak po na may sasakit kinabukasan kaya dapat yung recovery run nyo bukas kahit 5km lang po na sobrang easy. wag po kalimutan mag warm up at cool down before and after ng run. Ingat po sa daan, God bless idol.

    Salamat master.. sa case ko po sir. Nasa characteristic ko talaga na mabagal ako tumakbo. Kahit nun bata pa ako. Mabagal talaga ako.. nainproved ko na lang ay masustain ko ang same speed gang sa duo sir.

      Good day po ka ensayo, with consistency po sa training tyak po na may iimprove po tayo kahit pa unti unti, Kung ang gusto nyo po ay mag karoon ng endurance to sustain a target pace dun po papasok ang mga Long runs for stamina, endurance at Tempo runs para ma improve ang speed.     I'm a running newbie and just using my regular Nike rubber shoes. I saw your other vlogs about running shoes. I noticed that there is no mention of the ON Cloud brand Would you know if ON Cloud running shoes is a good brand? One pair lang ang kaya ng budget for now. Thank you.

      Thank you for watching and for this question, Yes I have yet to try ON cloud brand, all I can say for now is what others feed back. Quality wise its okay considering its a SWISS brand, It is a good shoe and beginning to get recognition globally in running scene. ON cloud MONSTER is one of they produce so far, Maybe the availability on where to buy it is one of the reasons still people prefer to buy nike's or other brand. Because ON stores can only be seen on bigger mall here in Manila or other big cities.
      On brand is a good risk to try, I am Sorry for my lack of experience about On running shoes. May be in the future, will see.

      Regarding sa injuries, 2 palang po ang naranasan kong injury, Plantar fasciitis po at itong sa ankle. my apologies po kung wala pa po akong experience sa stress fracture. Salamat po sa suporta, Ingat po sa runs

    do you advise stretching during warm up?

      Yes Sir, Mas okay po mag DYNAMIC stretching (uses a wider movement of body parts eg. lunges, arm swing etc.) lalo sa body na cold (malamig pa na muscle) to avoid strain muscle dahil maari po na mabigla at ma Over stretch kung STATIC stretching ang gagawin . After po ng Dynamic stretches tyaka po tayo mag running drills sa warm up. advisable po ito lalo sa start ng event. Sana po nasagot kong mabuti yung tanong. Thank you for watching. Godbless

      Good day Sir, Option ko po ay pag di maka takbo ng Wednesday speed session, Nirereplace ko po ng leg workout para thursday recovery.
      Or sa Friday po ginagawa para saturday rest then sunday Long runs. atleast once a week po sana may leg day tayo to target yung muscle na di gaano na fofocus palakasin sa pag run. Thank you for watching, God bless

      Actually, napapagod nga ko ngayun sa dami ng dapat gawin sa mag hapon.haha. Summer kasi, hirap mag asikaso ng mga alaga. I eat everything po, di po kami mayaman kaya mahalaga sakin may laman ang sikmura para sa gawain ko sa farm. hehe. sa training nothing special po, di ko po sinasanay yung body ko mag consume ng kung ano ano supplements. Gels lang po pag may race na mahabang distance.

    Effective po ba ang 5 straight days speed run(interval 3 to 4k), then sa 6th day rest day, at sa 7th day long run(20k)? Sana po masagot thanks in advance po.

      Good evening idol, Naku di po advisable yung straight na speed sessions. Baka po mag ka injury kayo sa ganun dahil hard effort po yun.. Once a week lang po ginagawa ang speed session kahit po mga dvance runner. Thanks for watching po, God bless

      yung Dr. yanga po na fun run, Di po halata dyan sa video na nag susuffer na ko sa kalahatian ng race, kahit yung convoy ko po na ate ko di ko muna sinabihan na may masakit na, until natapos ko na yung race. Hehe. di ko na nga po gano maitukod yung legs ko after ng run.

    Boss suggest naman po kayo ng training para ma hit ko ng sub 20 or below 18 minutes ang 3.2k

      Daily runs nyo po ay atleast 5k (easy pace)
      Long runs nyo po ay atleast 5k to 8k(once a week easy pace)
      Speed interval po kayo once a week alteast 5'30 to 6'00 pace (10X400 meters) (rest 2mins in between sets)
      Recovery days po after sa mga Runs nyo na Hard effort.

    Newbie po ako, asking po ako kung Anong nababagay sa akin running plan kasi ang kaya ko i commit ay 3 days sa Isang lingo, busy po tlga ako sa work at night shift pa. Sana mabigyan nyo ako idea? I can't run for 5 days di kya ng schedule ko 😢. Thank you

      Hello po, first of all thank you po sa tiwala na ibinigay nyo sa channel. I will suggest po na sa 3 days nyong available schedule, since sabi nyo po newbie po kayo build aerobic capacity po muna sa training , meaning puro easy runs po muna in a shorter distance po muna.
      Pag po gamay nyo na yung running easy run in 3 days, Pwede na po kayo mag singit ng long run. E.g 1st day easy, next day Long run (much longer than regular mileage on your easy day) Then follow up with recovery run the next training day.
      If feeling nyo po ay ready na kayo mag level up, pwede nyo na pong haluan ng speed day yung 3 days nyo na running days. E.g. 1st day easy run, next day speed day (interval,tempo,hill repeats, or even fartlek) then 3rd day will be recovery run (much slower, easier than easy day)
      Dont feel bad po sa limited time, running should be our outlet para maka alis sa stress ng work or ng personal matter sa buhay.
