    I run 2-3 times a week,,47 yrs old ako,12kms tinatakbo for 1hr 22mins dito sa baguio paakyat at palusong and no rest diretso takbo lng,, bale sa august mag 1yr pa lng na tinigil ko paninigarilyo,,

    As an introvert female, ang hirap tumakbo sa tabing kalsada. Sobrang nkakaconcious, kailangan ko pa tuloy mgcommute papunta sa route kung saan madami nagjjogging pra hnd ako maawkward.😅

    Learned about your channel through that video you made about riding single speed bikes. Bumili ako last year ng single speed na Fuji and it's now become my go-to bicycle. This year, I've gotten really into running and tried to gun for a sub1 sa aking first 10KM run and only got 1:06:00. Ang hirap po pala mag sub1.

    Almost a year na ako ser tumatakbo pero hnd ko pa natry sumali sa marathon . Way back 2018 nadiagnosed ako sa fatty liver and nagstart ako ng running slow hanggang sa naimprove nalang ng tumagal running ang naging motivation ko fat to fit from 98 kilo to 68 kilo until now running paden ang exercise ko sinabayan ko ng lifting weights para maging lean ang muscle. Sa ngayon plano ko na din mag invest ng bike pang bike to work

    Sa edad ko po ng 36yo umpisa ko tumakbo ng 10k,21k,42.195k now my age is running 68..too much eat fatty foods is not good because it contains cholesterol...

    Sir lorenz, before ako nahilig sa cycling 5 years ago, 10km ang kaya kung takbuhin, since marami akong naging injury sa knees due to basketaball at katandaan haha.. Lumipat ako sa cycling advice na din ng doctor, Ngayon nakakatakbo na sana ako ulit unfortunately nagkaroon nanaman ako ng injury sa right foot, mukhang malabo na ulit ako makatakbo ng maayus, I have 3 months ulit para magpahinga. Will try to run again pag galing ko ulit hehehe.

      Cycling Chef work with a movement specialist para iwas injury and ma balance yung muscle natin. Saka karamahinan sa mga cyclist nagkaka injury sa running kasi malakas ang cardio natin pero hindi pa nakaka adapt yung mga joints and muscle natin pang takbo kaya ayun too much too soon nag end up injury.. dapat dahan dahan lang chef or may tamang progression 🤙🏼

    New subscriber bro, I'm 45 yrs old now, bago lang din ako sa running at an dito ako sa Saudi,, naging stress relieved ko na ang pagtakbo.. Dati hindi ko kaya tumakbo ng matagal kahit 1k lang pero ngaun nakakaya ko na ang 10k salamat sa mga tip bro.. Ngaun sasali ako sa marathon na gaganapin dito sa Saudi sa march 05 2022 try ko kung makakaya kung tapusin..more power to your channel

    1 month na po ako tumatakbo, 5-6x a week minimum of 5k, kailangan po ba tlaga may program bago mag improve, d pwedeng consistent lang sa pag takbo?

      gimi gema yes imporntant ang program. Sa umpisa okay lang dahil lahat ng ginagawa mo nakakatulong sa pagpalakas ng katawan mo sa pagtakbo pero darating yung time na mag aadopt yung katawan mo so hindi na sya mag iimprove. Dun ngayon papsok ang program pra mas mag improve at lumakas ang katawan mo.

    1 month na po ako sir tumatakbo. 3 times a week. Pero problema ko sumasakit legs ko. Ano po dapat kung gawin. Pinanood ko din po video nyo sa form ng legs sa running

    Sir na try ko po mag jogging 10km tinapos ko ng 1 hour and 10 min bali nag start ako ng hapon 4:30 pm .I'm planning to join 21km any tips.by the way 4 times a week ako tumatakbo im from Hilongos, leyte po begineers pa po.

    Hello po sir ask lng po i'ved been doing jogging for 6 times. Mdju naramdaman ko kng may masakit sa join ko parang ngawit or pag nag stretch ako sa tuhod mdju masakit.normal ba yung 10 km 5 loops ako nkukuha ko ng 2 hrs. Normal ba ganito for beginners?

      francis Lachica thank you for watching my vlog! Kung may nasakit sayo you might need to slow it down or lesser the distance. Minsan kasi nabibigla yung katawan natin. For me design tayo tumakbo by nature pero dahil napabayaan natin ito by not running regularly and sitting for long hours sumasakit yung mga joints or na iinjured tayo. First you need to check is yung running shoes if okay naman then try to get a running program para ma iwasan mo yung “nasobrahan” .

      at least 3 hrs po pagkatapos kumain saka po kayo pwede tumakbo. pero depende pa din po sa dami ng kinain at kung ano yung kinain nyo. Salamat po.

    Hello kuya lorenss. Hingi po ako tip if paano po e maintain ang takbo, kasi kaya po sa resistensiya pero sa paa tuhod hindi kasi sumasakit e, need ko kasi makuha ng 16min in 3.2 km,, hindi ko makaya2 koya lorens, hanggang 19min lang makaya kopo.. Thank you po

      John Ferrer kung hindi pa kaya ng paa at tuhod dapat dahan dahan or may progression maaring malakas ang cardio mo dahil sa ibang sports or malakas lang talaga, dapat wag mo pilitin kaagad dahil masasanay din ang tuhod mo and paa. magiging madali na lang.. wag mo madaliin dahil baka ma unjured ka lalo ka hindi makaka takbo.. 🤙🏼

      Jericho Cayetano bagalan mo lang ng konti and gawin mo yung program na nasa description. Kaya sumasakit yung tagiliran dahil parang pinupulikat yung tyan masyadong nabibigla. Dahan dahan muna 😉

    Sumasali ako sa mga runs for two years na
    Una 10k tapos nag 21k na
    Pero di talaga nawawala ang cramps
    Any tips po para mabawasan ito

      Una po ilang weeks kayo nag training para sa event? Madalas po kasi talaga kulang sa training or mali yung program kaya hindi pa ready yung katawan natin. Cramps po ay isang way ng katawan natin para awatin tayo pag sobra na. Unless po na naghanda talaga tayo para sa event maaring dehydration or undercarb tayo. Kapag ganun po pwede tayo gumamit ng salt stick or energy gels. Pero yun nga po una muna eh dapat nag training talaga ng tama para po pagdating ng araw ng event pagod pero all out po walang pulikat 👌🏼 pag nagka time po gawan natin ng vlog ang pulikat thank you po sa panood and sa idea 🤙🏼

      Roderick Delmoro if 21k kailangan nyo po ng 16 weeks (4 months) training prior sa event and yun po ay 4x a week and may mga long run sa weekends iba iba po yung distance sa bawat araw and every week unti unti po nadadagdagan.

      Walking muna sir and cycling then unti unti po na short jog lang mga 1 minute then walk ulit until masanay po yung katawan nyo. Salamat po.
