So much simpler than some of the others I've seen. Was working on another one. Guy was all... so just drawing sketchy lines and follow the pattern. Spends 3 minutes doing all that. Then I go to yours. Boom. this is how you do it. Thanks again!
yo your amazing!! please keep making videos you help So Much! ive tried learning blender in the past and it was always so overwhelming, but you make it so easy to understand!😁
it doesnt even work i cant do it as when i pick the line it deltes the whole cube and doesnt even leave that one line behind and when i try to unselect the line it unselects everything :/
i ALWAYS SEEM TO GET DIFFERENT RESULTS NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES i DO THE TUTS. i'M AT 5:53 AND IT JUST GOES INSIDE MY HANDLE WHEN I DO THE SUBDIVISION MODIFIER
Using subdivision surface for a wrap that's going to be imported into roblox makes it far too high poly, even at level 1. It's better to just bevel the edges at the lowest possible value, use a weighted normal modifier and delete the inside faces to shave as much as you can off the triangle count.
Alot of people notice textures, and good ones get them wanting it more. plus textures can be modified and accurate, materials still have to be put into a uv map and put on the mesh itself
@@TrIIden Its a handle, 99% of the time you see it it will be inside of a hand and barely visible. You can modify a texture just as good as you could creating the extra geometry. There is no point in this addition.
Every time he says "g'ahead" take a shot.

If you want bro I can edit out the go aheads for you. Keep up the tutorials though you a G.
this guy needs a go ahead counter
hey there! thank you for the video! i'd like to find out how you texture the first handle that you show in the example on the sword!
material manager, it's a red and grey circle, should be under the modifiers
when i do subdivision my cube disppears, why does it do that?
Pretty good video. Thanks!
I went backward what should i do?
had to watch it on mute because of all the "go aheads" haha. i couldnt even focus. helpful video though aside from that.
Thank you very helpful!
Great video!!
When I turn on face orientation its blue, does anyone know how to fix it?
yo i made the handle but i cant texture or colour it. the uv project buttons are all disabled
Drinking game: Drink every time he says "gonna go ahead".

Someones gonna have a realllll shitty hangover.
I wonder how easy this would be with a more dynamic shape like a foot or a torso
it doesnt even work i cant do it as when i pick the line it deltes the whole cube and doesnt even leave that one line behind and when i try to unselect the line it unselects everything :/

Go ahead and give it a whirl 😂
amazing
Or you could just create a normal material save tons of polys on something so small that the player would barely see it anyway?
