For the boolean, i think theres a built in add on called bool tools. Gives you a shortcut crtl+shift+B and you get the whole boolean preset/wire with just that.
Oh my god, tip number seven is a life changer. And i feel so stupid for not even knowing that by pressing one key i could save so much time 😅. Thanks boss ❤
extremely clever using Vertex Groups as a way to "save" a selection of verticies. nice edit: i didnt know you can keyframe visibility! thats sick. usually to pull that off i would create a Mask modifier and keyframe the visibility for that
THANKS GREAT TIPS as allways, don't forget to keyframe the render icon too same as the screen icon to apply in render, huge time saver than doing it in the object visibility both viewport and render in the object properties. huge time saver for apparition/dispariton in our animations. For sure credit to AT in my next.
Text to speech is totally fine, it's just the voice he picked is hard to digest. If you look at the newer videos in this channel, they use a much better voice.
That Alt+slide value trick is nice, but it must be done just right. Press alt first, then click the mouse and try sliding doesn't work. Click the mouse first, start sliding it, then press Alt - won't work. Must do: Click mouse on slider but don't drag it yet, press Alt, now drag the value as you like. I'm using Blender 4.something on Arch Linux using icewm as my minimal "desktop" which takes Alt presses for its own uses.
Idk if anyone can relate, but I often watch Chess Simp videos and now going to a Blender video with the same voice is... 100 rated chess, but it's Blender.
with the doorframe at 3:00 how do i get the loopcut to point straight up, meaning moving the loopcutpreview 90° to the yellow highlighted horizontal edge
Is there any parameter that i can set to get that inverted bevel at 0:39? Not pressing P but setting some parameter of the bevel menu please? Also at 2:57 is there any parameter that i can switch at loopcut, instead of pressing a hotkey? I just changes those hotkeys most of the time, soo would be lovely to get a global parameter instead of pressing this or pressing that. Using blender 3.2 :) Btw really good video, Thank You!
@adamszalai2673 Hey there, not sure if you have figured it out yet, but hitting "p" while doing the bevel switches to editing the "profile" setting of the bevel. Also, hitting "e" during the loop cut activates the "even" checkbox and "f" activates the "flipped" checkbox. Each can be activated without using the hotkeys. Hope that helps!
That Lamp part is not working for me. It takes me to Pan mode? Even though I am hovering over the properties, not on 3D view but still. I can't seem to click or change the settings.
7:05 I wish I knew this, I was doing a mix shader with transparent bsdf and the normal texture of whatever I was using and just key framing the mix shader smh lmaoooooooo
THANKS GREAT TIPS as allways, don't forget to keyframe the render icon too same as the screen icon to apply in render, huge time saver than doing it in the object visibility both viewport and render in the object properties. huge time saver for apparition/dispariton in our animations. Tried tip #9 on an object that's part of a character. When I keyframed the object's visibility it also automatically keyframed the visibility of the entire armature. Is that normal?
I dont understand why blender is hiding all the shortcuts, if you do ctrl + b you should see all the shortcuts available at screen to guide you, until you finish the operation
Good video as always. Might I make one suggestion though and choose a better text to voice engine. That one is very janky. There are much better ones around that are very close to natural speech.
Makes you think about, how stupid you had been....... Why did I never try to keyframe the visibility toggles? I just assumed, you can't. Instead I went with a shader control to show and hide objects, which works well for render, but always shows all objects in solid view, that are only transparent in shader.

You're absolutely right mate! Using Bool Tool can help but remembering the shortcuts might be tricky sometimes for beginners.
that lamp option is amazing
worth watching
It would've been useful showing the shortcuts onscreen. The AI voice is a bit wonky 😂
This video is pure GOLD!!✨✨✨✨✨
You're pure gold mate!
The edge slide and loop cut addition was brilliant
I did not know those
Thank you !
Holding the alt key to change params on multiple objects. Oh. my god.
I can't believe I didn't know this. 🤯
works if youre trying to change the attributes of multiple rigid body objects!!

Please, do use Your voice instead of Ai, it will be much, much better. Anyway, great job!
Totally agree. If you can't do English or don't feel like it lets get in contact I will be happy to do a natural voice over

I want diction like yours, how do I achieve this?
What about if I want the object to fate in or out in the animation?
You need to animate a transparency in the shading.
2 shades, one is transparency, both connected to a mix shader, then you keyframe the mix's factor.

It's basic TTS not AI. I find it charming and it does the job perfectly fine.

Cant hear what the voice is saying sometimes. So it kinda makes the video useless. Sorry.
