I ordered a new rug in the mail. Actually two. But the hallway runner was actually FOLDED in the packaging. Who knows how long that sat on a shelf like that, days, weeks, years(?). I was near writing it off as a loss. I tried what was in this video, damp towel, hot iron. It was ENTIRELY effective. And it was fixed very quickly, it took no time at all to see it was working; the difference was noticeable after just the second pass. Why would they fold it during packaging? That makes no sense to me. It was a legit fold too, as if it was paper. Anyway, thanks.
