I love this new routine! I try most of the routines depending on how I feel and even though I didn't feel super high energy it was easy to follow. I usually do one of your fast paced followed by one of your slower paced routines. This one has a nice feeling to it and a few poses I don't usually do every day! 😊👍🏼

Don't really know about sculpting. At the beginning I did not really like the practice, because I could not sync it with my breath and there were no cues for that. But once in the actual flow, it really was body/mind/breath and that was all. The movements were to difficult and new to me so there was no room for something else. Nice. And the slow down stretches at the end were nice.
It all depends on one's body. This one suits me perfectly. When something is too quick, I just put the video on 0.75 speed. Or if it's too slow, then 1.25 Hope it helps
I love this video as much as all of your others! Is there a variation for women with huge boobs though? So often I can't fully complete a move because my boobs won't allow me to lay flat on the floor face down, or in this video, I was choking myself on my boobs to do the pigeon move. LOL.
Sometimes you need to prop around them like a block under your head in pigeon, or a rolled towel between/above/below in the belly laying postures. I tend to work around mine but I get it sometimes it can be so frustrating getting suffocated or squished!

@@ameliab84 Bring all the props! You can try a stacking cushions or do it next to a couch. You can also simply do a seated or supine figure 4 instead, or even figure 4 up the wall
