EFI for dirt bikes now is a game changer in my book. No more messing with carb, jetting, etc. and air cooled too. Solid 40 years reliability of an air cooled 250 cc Honda 4 stroke, yet with a some modern flare of EFI, E start and even a fuel light.
My New 2021 Honda crf250f runs great
I am not sure if I want a yz250f or a crf250 for $4000 less and just upgrade the spring in the forks lol.

this bike is a great fit even for me and im 6'7 all i have to do is sit a few inches back and im all good
it is made in brazil, they use it a lot on the trails because the durability is greater and the maintenance cost is much lower

i’m 13 and 5’5 and looking for a beginner bike. i’ve ridden 125 trail bikes and i’m looking into trail bikes rather than race bikes. i was looking at the 230 but then i heard about the 250f and it might last me longer. what would you recommend
The 250f will suit you perfectly. It will last you longer because its faster than the 230 so you won't go for a more powerfull machine as soon as you would with the 230f.
Can you compression start this if the battery is low?

Great vid I sat on a crf 250L felt too heavy for me thinking maybe the F will fell better 265 lbs compared to the 250 L 315 lbs.

Thanks! This bike feel like it doesn't weight over 230 pounds. I tried the new 300L and 250f is wayyyy more fun to ride.

The bike can be bump started with a dead battery.
Sure but in the middle of a mud hole or some places deep in the woods, it would have been nice to see a kikstart on this model like honda did on the 125f.

For the 250r yes. In the 250f's owner manual its written thant this bike has 22 hp

The first year was 2019 and they were 22 hp

Yes its 22 hp. The crf 250r the motocross bike has 39 hp.
It says that 2019 model is 22 but the 2021 has 39.
@@liammaitland3137 Im positive that their have been no changes to the crf 250f since its release. The bike is 22 hp. If it was 39 it would pull harder thant it is now.

In a few month, there will be more aftermarket parts for this bike! The 230 have been on the market for years and you can do wathever u want with the bike.
