- It's finally time to install one of the most requested modifications for the modern CRF250F, today we fully un-cork the little red pig and install the Belparts full exhaust system as well as the Anker upgraded intake kit and Electronic Jet Kit from HyperLiteMoto.com
Those who know me, know that I don't like loud exhausts, especially while riding in the woods and questionable areas where stealth is preferred.. But with how good this system looks, and how much better the bike will run, it was hard to say no.
Watch along as I walk you through the full install ASMR style, and transform this little dirt bike from Lawn Mower status to 450cc motocross bike.

Nice dude! BTW - HyperLite Moto is offering a newer version of the Easy Clutch Pull Kit that Anker redesigned to accommodate aftermarket exhausts like Belparts, etc. It replaces the right rear motor mount bracket and tucks in tight to allow for the header to pass by. Will get some coming your way...

I’ve just got an FE250 with one of those FMF 4.1s. Damn thing sounds like an old V8 TransAm when you rev it. It’s pretty cool after mt 2 stroke have to admit lol
I love that you clean your stuff as you are taking apart/before you put it back together. It makes me crazy when I see people put stuff back together dirty. Di-electric grease can actually keep connections from working if you get too much in there. It is non conducting. 2 thumbs up. Great video.

Love my Bruce suspension, but I do enjoy being a little more low key in areas so going to stick to stock for the exhaust!
Good idea, loud bikes everywhere are getting areas shut down to ridders who enjoy the out doors. Really do not need to piss people off who go there for the quite. But, seems some people just do not care and then complain about areas getting closed.

Nice work. I was curious about the Belparts as i dont like loud exhaust either. Prob go Yosh when i get around to it. I did my own airbox mod and chipped away the epoxy that secures the screen. That opening is bigger but the intake boot is not so i didn't think it really gained much. Plus i didn't want to be tied to that air filter because 10 years down the road might not be able to get it. Will always be able to get stock filter. Just my two cents. Good video bro

You definitely can tell it has more bark with that spark arrester removed, Awesome job! The air box mod,looks like the one on the kdx200 stock cover. Idn, if yours still has that on it. Sometimes people toss that cover. I have a 95 kdx 200 and it’s on it. Can’t wait to see how she does on the hills u guys ride on. Love your videos, keep them coming.👍✌️

I will definitely be getting the EJK. The quandary will be in deciding on which exhaust system, if any, to go for. I'm like you, I prefer quiet.
Do you have thoughts on a good option that is low-restriction AND lower dB?

I was able to do the air box Performance kit with out taking the air box out but if your doing the ejk you got to take most of it off any way think about doing the ejk and exhaust next thank for the videos
Nice video thanks, if only there was a video for the 4win kit, the design was kinda shit and destroy my air box had to buy oem air box to put all back stock. This kit look way easy to install and better desing.

Thanks for the video. It’s not something I would do. My days of loud bikes are over. I’ll stick with Bruce’s suspension and HMoto lift kit.
All of that does look like it would up the performance. I’ll look forward to seeing how it works in the real world.

Is it strictly necessary to put the EJK when buying the performance filter and the exhaust?
Any concerns about an airbox fire or is that a carburetor bike concerns? Did Scott mention anything?

No but you won't see much of a power difference, will probably be worse off especially if you don't do the air box mod.
Better stock up on that proprietary air filter, thats from Brazil....while you still can.

would you ever consider a big bore kit from force cam? that guy 771 has a few videos on it, it seems pretty nice i think thats going to be my next upgrade considering i got the yoshi yesterday

Just got an AliExpress exhaust for mine 😂 wouldn't recommend those air filters tho IV seen horror stories of them failing to filter anything
It's impossible for me to get the spark screen for my FMF Q4, keep us updated on that Fischer screen, I'm thinking about getting it, it's just a bit pricey to me.
Dang that’s a bummer! I’m happy with it, even thought about drilling and tapping a hole to hard mount it but it seems solid for now.
I would have been curious what it sounded like with just the air box mods.

It sounds proper now. On video it didn't seem too loud. Just louder like an MX bike.
I cut my baffle in half when I bout my bike they didn’t really have any aftermarket things
Does the 5 speed transmission slow it down top speed wise?/ do you wish it had another gear?
If this bike had 6 speeds it would be the definition of perfection.. It's a bummer for sure but still doable for cruising around 60 mph.

Shouldn’t you let the air filter dry after dunking it in oil or is that not necessary?
Oil doesn't dry, that's the point! Keep it nice and tacky for all of the dirt and dust to stick to.
I'm no expert but the one experience I had with cutting out the screen wasn't great. Lots of popping/stalling. This was on a 84 xr500 so it may or may not apply. Thanks.
