I now use Calendars 5 by Readdle for my calendar and task list. Bear notes for my note taking, and Spark for my email management. Thanks for always helping us to be productive.

I use a combination of task lists and workflows (though I didn’t know I was using workflows!). I have a daily to do list and a workflow to keep of assignments and projects/papers.

Your tips are amazing can't wait to create a workflow! But I have just one problem. I sooo suck at Notion. It's very complex for me.... This is the first app I couldn't tackle. :/ And I'm too lazy to watch tutorials. (And too used to Google keep and Microsoft To do - simple apps.)

I use Google Tasks. It’s free but I pay $3/year to sync across my devices. This allows me to feel productive. Great Topic! You’re doing a great job!

You don’t need notion to create a workflow. You can just use a piece of paper!
