This tutorial is just perfect; although it’s made me realise how little upper body strength I have (but that’s cyclists for you !!). Hanging for 30secs is hard - pulling my legs up as well …. maybe in a few months time 😊. So helpful - thank you
Thank you so much for this video. I previously did a bit weightlifting for a short while, and for the last six months I’ve been climbing as a hobby and I was looking for ways to train my body. I don’t like machines a lot, and I have a stall in the dorm I’m staying so I was looking for nice strength training workouts with stalls and I’m so happy thay I found this video. I must say I’ve been humbled, and I’m really excited to train with stalls more to increase my strength so I can climb better :) amaing video, thank you. I would be really happy if you could show some other movements with the stall in the future

The stall is such an amazing tool for both strength and flexibility, and I'm sure it will improve your climbing skills - my younger brother is a dedicated climber and it's his dream to have one of these at home (he comes and borrows mine) just because it's so good.
