      Do it!! You won't regret it! Only draw back is you'll have to take turns with your little one😂 I use them in my little ninjas classes all the time and the kids LOVE EM!!

      Eric Klauss tried some of these in the park yesterday and they are so great! Can’t thank you enough.
      One thing I’d like to see is a vertical pole instructional video. There are many in parks near me but I can’t find any videos. Help would be greatly appreciated. I subscribed to your channel.

      THIS! is why I make videos! Stall bars are still my favorite tool, I had to steal a set up from my gym to have one at home 🙃

      @@EricKlaussflipfittraining it’s a calisthenics hold. You can do a front or back hold. Just support your body straight on your hands by your hips

      @@morenoh149 AgGH! Yes like a straight arm support both facing towards (without your feet being supported on the bottom bars. That is a great movement (little advanced but for building straight arm strength, for skills like muscle ups) I would start must people off with a partner assisted version helping make the hold possible for set of at lest 15-30 seconds

    Great video. I am looking at buying one of these. Can you advise what the max load is on yours? The one I have found the Maximum load is: 242.5lbs(110 Kg). I will be using it mainly for stretching, abs and resistance band exercises. I weigh about 86kg. Do you think the one I have been looking at will be okay?

      THANKS! I believe we got these off Amazon for super cheap. One thing to consider is the height of the bars, we were able to hang a couple feet off the ground on a custom rig. But they are definitely durable we have had hundreds of students use them with no problems :)

    Most of the movements , that i ve see , you can do it without the stall bar .

      They are much more difficult WITH the stall bar.

      Very True! Although the stall bar is a convent piece of equipment that takes up minimal space.
