Hi Many thanks for your videos. My legs feel better now and les knee pain. I have been doing them on and off for about a month. I was ondering if I should do the leg strenghening exercie every day or on alternate days

Love these leg exercises Mike! I also walk an hour every morning and just feel great..it’s important for me to keep my legs nice and strong so I can walk for a long time. I am 85 years young 😮 Thanks Mike!!
I’m 77 years old,5 brain surgeries,can’t go for walks of any distance,just able after 7 years to start playing golf again,daughter suggested your program,been doing for a couple of weeks,really helping both physically and mentally,thanks.😊

Good to be here again, Mike. I see the sideways 'leg lifts' also add to balance. :-) Also, I am going to find a lower chair: would get better 'muscle' result in forward leg lift if my chair was lower. Plus, I added a 'top foot stretch' (toes under) after one of the standing exercises. Thanks for this encouragement.

Hi Mike! I will be doing this one for sure but how many times a week would be best? I have knee pain (mostly just my left knee) and have been doing PT but still sore. Other things too need work. Thank you for all you do!!

What's it mean when your glutes tire out easily? I'm middle age and this even seemed a bit challening.😝
You need to strengthen your glutes 🙂 Will get easier with consistency!
