Nobody was the best fight. I loved how he took real damage in fights in that movie. And gets genuinely tired. He's not super human like John wick. He was exhausted by the end of that fight.
If you've ever been in a brutal fight, that's how it is. You can barely breath at the end. Gasping for air. Once that addrenaline cools down for just a second, you're going to crash.
You're absolutely right!!! For me THE most realistic and so best fight scene in a movie!

@@familiacaceresquiquia6646 I used to fight a lot. Fought a lot in school, fought a lot driving for work. Cause of how much I drive, the chances of running into a crazy person is so much higher.
And I have a significant problem with not backing down. I'm not the biggest guy in the world, or the toughest looking guy in the world. I'm not tiny or anything, but if you saw me you wouldn't even think I'd engage someone verbally, let alone physically.
Other people see that too. So when I DO put my foot down or stand my ground, people get REALLLLLYYY mad. No matter how I do it. Because to them it's like "this little dork is going to challenge me like that??". It hits their ego. I hope that makes someee sense lol.
But yeah, during the fight you'll often barely feel anything at all. Cause you're addrenaline will be through the roof. Once that dies down, your entire body just gives. Dizzy, sick to your stomach, that kinda thing.
Worst one was when I broke someone's knee cap who was like triple my size. Guy was crying. That scream was... brutal. He started it, but I felt pretty bad honestly.
I finally got my record expunged, so I've been trying my best to chill. But I've always liked fights. Because people don't take me seriously sometimes, it's nice to "win" in such a "pure" way against men who think they are above me.
Only fight I've ever lost was a 3 v 1. Started as a 1v1, started kicking his ass, and one of his buddies jumps on to my back from behind, and starts choking me out. While two other guys are swinging on me. Kept fighting and got some hits in while I could lol.
I agree! I was flinching a couple of times the first time I saw it, and I couldn't believe the went there.
And your hands will be trembling for some time after.

All of them were excellent, but "Nobody" was the most realistic. However, in real life, multiple assailants will always attack simultaneously and not wait their turn.
I dunno, man, I was in a 3-on-14 fight. Me and my mates fought like fucking demons without any kind of coordination... but we still got our asses beat. _Those were the three toughest guys I've ever seen._
No, it wasn't. I'll give you a simple reason; his pants were too tight. I admire his work, don't get me wrong, but I have a little experience . That's just my personal opinion. You know all this one against many nonsense seldom works out in real life. It's a well choreographed fight but not realistic. 😊 Especially in this day and age, be wary of fit men in loose khakis.

An ace pitcher of old time radio and the only one that can break someones leg without a move. This movie is ALL Stallone and fantastic. Should've been in the theatres.

Best part of each fight to me:
1. Stallone just sounding annoyed at being stabbed. “Really? 🫤”
2. The dude using his watch to punch out one of the thugs teeth.”
3. Hemsworth kicking the table at the dude’s face. Though it could also go to him suplexing one of the terrorists.
4. The fact that the protagonist was fighting a supernatural enemy, and decided to simply use his hands, rated E for everyone.
5. The car 😂😂😂

In case no one knows, in the ‘Nobdoy’ scene this is why the guy was 1 vs 5ing them is because the girl on the bus wanted her to escape and if you watched the beginning of the actual fight clip when the 5 drunk guys entered, as they went into the bus the guy said ‘I’m going to get you out of here safely’

What was the thug’s inner monologue @ 2:30? “Let me come up from behind the guy and place my head under his arm so he can more easily put me in a head lock.” I’ll admit, Nobody was an entertaining movie for the most part, but that bus fight scene, though acted out with robust intensity, was pretty dumb. Odenkirk said he trained for over a year to prepare for these fight scenes. There’s a little BS in that statement.

@@editsonfire Oh it was enjoyable to see a bunch of criminals bent on probably raping the woman on the bus getting their ass kicked, no doubt. But that champagne bottle maneuver, when Odenkirk’s character caught it, was executed so slowly and breaking it over the guys head was unrealistic, given this nature of a champagne bottle’s thickness. It would hurt, but not shatter into a billion little shards. In fact, it shouldn’t have broken. It would have been more entertaining if the bottle hit the guys head, stayed in tact, and all the audience would hear was a hollow thud. Ouch!

Shortly before he placed his head in the crook of Mr. Odenkirk’s arm, you could see him whisper into Odenkirk’s ear. “Bob, get ready! Remember how we talked about how I was going to stick my head under your arm for the headlock hold you were going to perform on me in the bus fight scene? Well I’m about to maneuver my head so you can more easily execute that move.” That’s what I saw!
