It is also like human like relationship. When you are little kid, you often times "hate" your brother or sister, but the older you get, the more you like them 😍 Both dogs are absolutely adorable!
It could also be the other way around. You end up disliking them.

Goldens are the best. I have had 2 over the years. Today I have a rescue Golden Retriever Great Pyrenees mix.
They really have such a great, friendly personality.👍🐕
We have an 85lb Pit who does the same thing! Every time we come home, or anyone comes over he immediately brings them something. It could be his stuffie, a sock, a shoe, whatever he has good vibes with. He never greets anyone empty handed! He broke his tail once bc he wags it so hard. The vet told us that's usually a Lab or Golden Retriever trait. That she'd never seen a Pit break his tail from sheer joy. We were both *proud & concerned* at the same time. He's the sweetest boy & this video reminds me so much of our Rocco.
My Pitty does the same thing lol. He knocks over the hamper when someone comes home, grabs a dirty sock, and tries to give it to them
This was how my two Aussies were when I first introduced them. The 10 year was annoyed beyond words w/ the puppy who was obsessed w/ her. Almost a year later and now they're inseparable

The moment we picked up Mugzy's little brother, we named him Elzaar. He took one look at mugzy and said "Get your ass in the back seat. This is my family now." It took a few weeks but they are the best buds now its amazing. Mugzy turns 9 tomorrow! Elzaar is 8.

Yes, dogs get lonely when left home alone. So thoughtful of the owners to get Jasper a little sister to play with. Watching the two play together and express their love for each other is pure joy. The range and depth of feeling of dogs is amazing.

The most popular breed in my mind. Super gentle and devoted to their caretakers! Yet all dogs regardless of breed are this way when they get a home that is as nurturing supportive and respectful as this one they will be the best they have to give! 😍

I love goldens so much I had 5 at once. They roamed around our 80 acres and knew their boundaries. Sadly they all passed. Not one lived past 10 years. Mostly all died from cancer. I'm saying this because this video brought back sooo many memories!!

Fluff balls with paws! When you first set Louise by Jasper's bed I love how he turned away and walked off like ''A puppy?! We will never be friends!' and in no time he was like 'You are my little sis. I'm going to teach you everything you need to know to survive and we are best friends now, too'! Dogs are so wonderful and what is precious is they have the world where they interact with us and their special little world of imagination and play that is all their own. Cheers!

Today I had to help lay my much-loved cat to rest after 14+ years together, honestly right now I just feel cold and want to hug my boy one more time. Go find your animal friend and give him/her a hug, because tomorrow is never certain. Love and miss you forever my Kai 😢😢😢
Sorry for your loss. Losing a cat (or dog) is the biggest blow to your heart other than losing a family member.
Two months ago I said goodbye to my girl bubba, my 16 year old shi-tzu I had since I was 7. 23 now. It was so hard, but her quality of life was starting to fade and she didn’t deserve to get around without dignity and with pain. I’ll always miss her and the warmth/love she brought, and I’ll always remember her. Dogs are so much more than companions.

I lived with Golden's for the past 45 years before joining the military as a K9 handler and JAG lawyer. I can say there are no other family dogs than a Golden Retriever. They are the best however they are prone to having Seizures so watch out and do your homework as they are hereditary

Living in London I long for a pupper but it’s just not fair to own a dog in a city. One day …. One day I will be able to give a doggo or 2 a forever home somewhere in the countryside 🥰
I live in the US but have visited England. We have friends who live in the Cotswolds. That would be a fantastic place to have a home and room for dogs to run freely. (Quite expensive, too, though!) London is quite beautiful and always something interesting going on.
I was thinking Jasper was afraid of Louise's size when she was small. As she grew Jasper got more confident he wouldn't hurt her with his size. What a wonderful transformation of their relationship.
This is as I've said before pups bring out the best in us always have.
