That offset would be so handy!! So many times i've tried to get a screw through something trying to go at an angle because it's a tight spot and it not working. This is a great solution! Same with the right angle.

Here’s how I see it...by combining the technologies of three manufacturers, e.g. Milwaukee M12 Fuel (Fuel motor, Redlink, Redlithium and polymers), Bosch accessory head design and Festool form factor. To those that say Milwaukee coped other manufactures, I say so what! What they did was took a concept and made it better. How about those major tool manufacturers that copied Milwaukee’s Sawzall or Holehawg or Black and Decker’s Drill?

Possible timespan for next-gen. Milwaukee? It should have a standard direction switch and designed to aalign better with bigger m12 accus. Those are probable dealbreaker features..
@Alejandro Garcia - Unfortunately it does not. I was hoping it will have one myself, but I’ve seen it advertising for preorder with the standard red Milwaukee case. I really think this should have had one and I’d pay more just for that. Bad decision on Milwaukee’s part, IMO.
Not worth buying: - Nose-heavy. Even with a 6Ah battery it will tip forward and fall nose-down - Weak! 300in*lbs torque is ridiculously weak for the size and weight this tool is. Milwaukee has come up with an M12 surge impact driver with 1400in*lbs of torque and the thing is just as tiny as this one. - This set is $230!!! (Just for reference: the M18 2800's impact and drill set with two 5Ah batteries is around $300 right now!!!) - Has no side bit clip. True, it has a front magnet, but it is a weak magnet that can only hold the smallest bits and will drop the longer ones, or the bit extensions). - No impact function. - The electronic direction switch is in a terrible location. The mechanical detent-type of the direction switch is the best as you can flip the direction without even shifting your grip. However the switch that this thing has... you either have to shift your grip, or use another hand to do it - either way you are fucked if you're in a tight spot with only one hand available to reach (which is the niche this thing was designed for in the first place)!

have you tried the other milwaukee m12 with changeable chucks? its nearly twice heavier than installation driver (0,6kg)
Don’t know how because It’s not even available for sale in the U.S yet either. Maybe Milwaukee had them be beta testers for their commercial.

pass... maybe for pros but I'd think that what you gain in theoretical access you lose in time. nothing beats hand tools for the tightest spaces
