- Model pin là: C41N1825. Đây là video thứ hai của mình về mod pin Rog Ally lên 72Wh, video này mình sẽ làm chi tiết hơn. Các việc cần làm đơn giản chỉ là sắp xếp lại các cell pin cho vừa với thiết bị và nối dài cáp pin, cắt nhựa trong máy và cuối cùng là lắp vào Ally. Các viên pin OEM không có logo Asus sẽ làm dễ hơn so với pin chính hãng, pin OEM sẽ có các cell pin màu bạc hoặc đen, mạch PCB màu đen
Update: nếu bạn bị sập nguồn ở lần đầu tiên khi pin dưới 30% thì đừng lo, chỉ cần cắm sạc đầy lên 100% là được, pin mới nên lần đầu cần xả cạn để dung lượng đạt chuẩn nhất
The battery model is: C41N1825. This is my second video about the Rog Ally battery mod to 72Wh, this video I will do more details. The simple things to do are just rearranging the battery cells to fit the device and extending the battery cable, cutting the plastic in the device and finally installing it into the Ally. OEM batteries without the Asus logo will be easier to do than genuine batteries, OEM batteries will have silver or black battery cells, black PCB circuit
Update: If you experience a power outage the first time when the battery is below 30%, don't worry, just charge it to 100%, the battery is new so the first time it needs to be completely discharged to reach the most standard capacity.

@@lewin2275 thì bình thường các cell pin cũng đc bọc trong một lớp seal còn kín hơn cả băng dính mình quấn mà, băng dính này vẫn rẫn nhiệt bình thường thôi b

What would happen if you put 2 of them batterys together with 1 BMS I know it would read wrong but would it work?
@@atmphil1 if you install the battery cells on another pcb then you need a tool to reset the pcb and readjust some parameters

Quick Q tho, do the RAM modules directly underneath battery cause it to heat up? Or did you measure how hot they get? that's my only concern about doing this coz it looks like ASUS made original battery such weird shape and small capacity and wrapped in foil to avoid the ram heat.

@@CarMake It does not affect the battery and the gap from the mainboard to the battery's pcb circuit is a few mm so you don't need to worry

FYI for anyone wondering, the C41N2013 will NOT fit, as cells are on top of each other, not side by side, so cell is too wide!
Alixpress have "3.85V 7100mah Autel Robotics EVO II/2/ Pro/ Drone Battery" which would need voltage matched and soldered to BMS board and old cells removed so as to not lock BMS. But 4 of these would fit in chassis but are too thick at 11mm, so 2 on top would be 22mm which is too thick. Could modify back cover only slightly to fit them but is more work. BUT 15.4*7100= 110Wh which would be amazing.
But I think your 72Wh mod is the best one though I have seen as it's so easy and stock everything so I think will just go with the C41N1825

@@trieuswitch I know. but that's good to know. I didn't see you reset the BMS, do you think it allows it since it was asus on asus stuff? do you think it will work if you use original 'ally' BMS but you switch the battery cell?
@@astven94 If you mod on the original ally battery pcb, you need to have a tool to reset when changing the battery cells. Changing other cells is quite dangerous
