    For Question 19 (Bundle of Rights), I like to remember the acronym "DEEP C" (like deep sea). Disposition, enjoyment, exclusion, possession, control. Even if I can't remember all the words for the acronym, there is usually only one option with words that begin with the right letters. 35:30 mark

    Thank you for taking the time to do this! Question, I'm taking my test on Tuesday and was wondering, is this the format the questions will likely be in? On my practice exams through school (I did it through online courses) the questions were a lot lengthier. Mostly scenarios that were a paragraph long. I still passed those tests, but all the words seemed to trip me up sometimes as there would be words in there almost to confuse you. If the questions are more like this I'm not worried, but those paragraphs...yikes!!!

    • @RealEstateLicenseWizard

      Hi Jackie, it depends. Our exam questions are based on ALL concepts you need to know for the real estate exam. So within it, there are basic questions, basic concepts, advanced questions, and advanced topics. The basic questions and topics should be relatively easy to understand. With that being said, we have a large pool of questions that we take from to generate each exam. So each time the exam is different. So theoretically, doing the first 50 could be easier then the next. See what I mean? I'd suggest taking one of the exams yourself, on our site, and then see how well you do. Like I said it varies every time so you may get an 85% one time, but maybe 50% the other time. So the point is, come exam day the questions could be short, long, or in-between it just depends. Still its a good idea to study as many different types of questions as possible just incase.

    Thank you for posting this video, really helps to clarify a lot of doubts. On question 16, regarding puffing, I do know what it means, but what if they ask about a “mere puffing”? What’s that supposed to mean? I’d appreciate if you can give me some examples. Thank you!

    • @RealEstateLicenseWizard
      @RealEstateLicenseWizard 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Mere puffing is the practice of making exaggerated commendations especially for promotional purposes. Generally, a seller cannot be held liable for misrepresentation for statements that amount to mere puffing.

    • @Veruska5
      @Veruska5 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@RealEstateLicenseWizard thank you! But isn’t that also the definition of puffing? Is there a difference between puffing and mere puffing?

    • @RealEstateLicenseWizard
      @RealEstateLicenseWizard 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@Veruska5 To be honest, I haven't heard the term mere puffing in a while. I'm not exactly sure if there is a difference. It might be a regional thing or just an older version of the term, and now people mainly call it puffing. Where did you see or hear about the term?

    • @Veruska5
      @Veruska5 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@RealEstateLicenseWizard on the NJ Real Estate exam, they had both questions, one was only puffin and then another question came as a mere puffing. That puzzled me. 😅

      These are based on questions and concepts you'll likely see on the national portion of the real estate exam. So they'll be worded differently but the concepts are what you need to know.
