I have watched some of your other videos as part of my study process. I appreciate your advice on using other sources and not just using self promotion. I am located in California and I took my test today. When I arrived at the test location, I spoke with others. Some people failed the test numerous times, and indicated the verbiage was tricky. I studied A LOT, so I had to ignore that. When I sat down I was VERY nervous, but excited. I said a prayer and took a deep breath, then dove in. Some of the questions made me close my eyes and hear your voice. The elements of value came up in different forms for about 4 questions. I just remembered D.U.S.T. and confidently answered. When a question came up about name change I almost laughed. Because, all I could remember was your voice saying “Novation name change” numerous times 🤣🤣🤣 you pounded that in my head. Thinking of your calm and fun demeanor was a vital tool in my level of comfort. Once I completed my test I went to the front. Then, I was handed a document and told NOT to open it until I was outside. I got on the elevator and the suspense was killing me. A lady was getting on the elevator with a similar folded document. When we got off I said I hope you passed. I was walking to my car and heard a guy scream from excitement. I said okay here we go. I opened my document, and seen the words congratulations you passed and I screamed “yes” so freaking loud. It was emotional. All the months of studying while my woman was sleep. All the months of studying and not playing with my kid. I lost my job and refused to just go back to a regular job without trying to pass this test. I saw losing my job as a sign, because I was about to quit anyway. God works in mysterious ways. Losing my job of 15 years put me in a do or die situation. I had to take this serious or settle for the easy route. Regardless of what happens next I needed this morale booster. I am typing this with tears in my eyes right now at 2 a.m. I subscribed even though I pass, because I know that helps in a small way. I saved some of your videos and I will send them to anyone that asks what material I studied. GOD BLESS YOU SIR! Seriously I mean it. @@namg8869 Here is some test advice that helped me. If you can’t answer a question in a minute or less CONFIDENTLY then skip it. You can go back and answer unanswered questions later. Don’t stress over the timer BUT be mindful of the time left on the clock when testing. By giving yourself a minute max to answer a question it gives you time to go over some answers later. I finished what I knew in about 1 hour in 2 hours and 40 minutes. I went back and answered what I wasn’t sure of. And went over a few I had doubts about. You are allowed a break. However, the clock is still running while your on break. A break was not that important to me. Believe it or not the time goes by fast. I would recommend not drinking a bunch of liquids beforehand 😂😂😂 I had a light breakfast and that was it. Stay calm and picture your happiness about passing. If you SERIOUSLY studied you should pass. Passed the TX RE Exam today on the 1st try!! Thank you for your effort in putting together these videos. They definitely helped with retaining the information. And in TX it's ALOT of information. My recommendation to anybody reading this is don't fall in love with the way the questions are being asked. They will be asked differently on the actual exam. Instead, try to retain the concepts of what's being asked! Then it won't matter how they ask the question! Hope this helps someone! 1love!

We're planning on adding Minnesota at some point! I can't give you a specific time, so my advice to you would be to check quizlet and through your state specific license laws. Hope that helps!
I am very confused about this question and the answer: While the economy is experiencing inflation, interest rate typically: (C) Rise and housing prices rise ???? We are currently experiencing the inflation, and the Fed keep raising the interest rate to curb the demand, becuase the interest rate keep going up, there are less buyers can afford buying the house, so the demand goes down, and it takes much longer for the seller to sell thier houses, so they keep decreasing the price....So why the answer is not (B)???
agreed, borrowing costs are higher making downward pressure on values due to affordability...i dont get the answer either. it makes sense by a inflation standpoint but not when you add increases interest rates to it
Wait!, Question 72, interest rate increased, so I will expect to my house to gain value? are you sure?, less buyers in the marker that means demand is low, how can that increase the property value
Hi Niamh, we take from the most up to date materials as possible. We use the most updated real estate laws and information available and have an extensive information vetting process. We take several months of collecting materials, meeting with agents, brokers, and professionals to design all of our products. While the real estate exam questions are not exactly the same you’ll see on the exam(as copying questions verbatim is illegal), we do, however, use the concepts and laws associated with the questions typically on the real estate exam. Within it, there are basic questions, basic concepts, advanced questions, and advanced topics. The basic questions and topics should be relatively easy to understand. With that being said, we have a large pool of questions that we take from to generate each exam. So each time the exam is different. So theoretically, doing the first 50 could be easier then the next. See what I mean? I'd suggest taking one of the exams yourself, on our site, and then see how well you do. Like I said it varies every time so you may get an 85% one time, but maybe 50% the other time. So the point is, come exam day the questions could be short, long, or in-between it just depends. Still its a good idea to study as many different types of questions as possible just incase. Hope that answers your question!
I agree the questions on the real exam are FAR more wordy and complex along with the math. Questions are not this simple however these questions still do help with studying I will say
Yay!!!! So happy for you Kari. You are the best! Glad I could help. Please drop me a review on Facebook if you get the chance. It helps so much. Stay in touch!! facebook.com/RealEstateLicenseWizard/
