So a trust deed basically means someone who would purchase a home but can’t so they borrow money to buy the home? So they’re granted the title for the property but they have to pay the loan back? Right?.. correct me if I’m wrong pls.
It was a question on my exam and has been racking my brain I know two of the options were a. Put in escrow account 2. Give to them within 3 days? 3. Give as soon as possible
State specific. For example - NJ real estate agents must be cut a check within 10 days of closing. State law dictates what happens. Thanks for the question!

You will never get questions that are exact to the test, or close to it. If it happens, it’s a coincidence. Practice questions are meant to help you get a better understanding of what the definitions are, rather than what the questions are like. I have over 300 videos and a lot of scenario based questions on my channel as well. I’d say check out the over 200 questions I have in our daily question section. If you feel that you know the vocabulary, then you should be able to apply it to different scenarios easily. If you don’t feel comfortable with that, I’d say getting a better understanding of the vocabulary is a good thing. If you need anything let us know

I AM SO NERVOUS I PASSED THE STATE AND FAILES NATIONAL WHAT IS CRAZY I KEEP GETTING 100 IN ALL THESE PRACTICE FROM DIFFERENT CLASS AND SCHOOL BUT WHEN I DID NATIONAL TEST, I FELT I WAS DOING A MEDICAL EXAM QUESTION AS NONE OF THEM REALLY LOOKED LIKE WHAT I HAD BEEN STUDING OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND I AM NERVOUS HOW MANY TIMES CAN I TAKE THE NATIONAL TEST

I guess it’s what the course what’s you to do. It’s 3hrs and a 150 Questions. Thank you I appreciate all your videos. They been a real help to me. I’m not a test taker. I am going to try my best.
@@charlenestahura5339 most schools across the country require you to pass a school exam. Its state level requirements. Each school administers the tests differently.
Have to keep this in mind. Practice questions are designed to mainly help you gain a better understanding of what something is, rather than mimic what you would see on the test. As educators, we do not get questions that are from the test. Sometimes a student asks us about questions from their memory on a test, but we do not have questions that are similar to the exam. I wrote these to be a little easier so that I could have a broad discussion off the questions to help students like yourself understand the concepts better.
