    Thank you so very much for these videos of y’all. Also thank you for the words of encouragement and telling ppl to understand that whole may be easy for some. It’s not for all. I’m 1 of them it’s not easy for. I actually took all chapter tests for my online class and yet I have failed the final 30 hr exam to complete the 1st half course now 3 times. I used to be able to get the facts and remember so easily, of course that was when I was in kid years and early adult years. Well now I’m turning 56 on April 8, 2021, and have survived cancer 3xs and also learning to survive being widow already. All these life occurrences happened within last 11 years. And so either thru life sadness or fact I’m old now, or older lol it’s become very hard to not forget or stay focused and not freak out when taking final exams. I am determined to succeed. Failure is not now. Never had been and never will be an option. Your videos have helped me tremendously I feel. I listen to them at work thru my 3M headset and also when working out in yard etc. Anyway they are helping cause I now listen and can answer the questions out loud or to myself when I hear the question before I hear answer. Makes me feel good. Wish I would have found your site earlier on again lol. But now I have and I wanted to say thank you. I am taking the final exam again this week. I know I will do great. Thank you. And I will update y’all later. Sincerely Katherine Stephenson

    This is an amazing resource. Thank you so much for providing this. My only gripe is that terms such as “easement” maybe should have been should have been defined before going into different types of easement. That’s just an example but there’s a couple of terms that showed up like that where it would’ve been better to know the base term before knowing types of it.

    How do you recommend me to study without panic and confusion?

    • @RealEstateLicenseWizard
      @RealEstateLicenseWizard  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi Ramon. Thanks for the comment. I'm not going to lie, its going to be challenging for you since vocabulary is one of largest parts of the exam. However with hard work, you can definitely do it. We've had lots of others on this channel pass with English being their second language. So stay positive! It might help you when you are studying the words in English you also try and find your languages version of that term. That way its easier for you to understand. Other than that, just try and have an open to mind to everything you are learning. Terms and ideas may be different and there are many cultural differences in the USA (as im sure you are aware), the same thought process and rules apply for real estate. Good luck, and keep us updated!

If you are planning on taking the exam in February and are already studying now, I'd say you are off to a great start.
