I love how people are worried abt James Gunn in DC when he casually made the best DC content weve seen. His DCU is gonna be insane🔥. This list is pretty valid
He doesnt make serious films, and he loed claiming that the flash was one of the best superhero movies ever. So for him to go and make a batman film is just bs cos it wont be dark. On top of that he wants to keep ezra miller after he assaulted someone. And he fired henry cavill because hes a "problem actor". The amount of hypocrisy and lying already is off to a bad start. Yes suicide squad reboot was good but you cant make that vibe across all the films.

A lot of Snyder glazers doubt James Gunn all bc of the original Suicide Squad. Dude turned a group of relatively unknown superheos by the collective majority, into one of the most recognizable superhero groups in modern day cinema. Im talking about the Guardians of the Galaxy.
plus snyder didn't even understand the characters and he didn't read the comics, he admitted it, he just made an epic movie with a great plot for superpowered people, like gladiator

But, making him a homicidal killer is horrendous. And making Superman kill Zod instead of tossing him into the Phantom Zone like in the original script was _baaaad_

Man of steel has so many problems, superman doesn’t save anyone, he doesn’t go to metropolis until after the fight(that’s like a n*zi going to Poland after ww2), he’s dad basically causes his own death, the villains were stupid not to just terraform another planet, the dad tells Clark to let kids die, superman doesn’t smile, Lois is fairly annoying, he’s not superman at all, and the worst thing they kept comparing him to Jesus, he’s creators are Jewish he’s a Moses analogy he’s not f*cken Jesus

Great list. I still find that Zack did an amazing job on justice league. In my list I would put it around the 1st position and the suicide squad comes somewhere around 7 position actually.

Snyder cut has to be one of the most overrated movies in cinema history istg. If the whedon cut didn’t come out first then nobody would’ve praised it.
It’s like how people mysteriously started to “always like” the Star Wars prequels around the same time a much worse trilogy came out
@@YodaOnABender more like underrated. It isn’t praised enough nor it received the theatrical success/release it deserved. Not to mention that it was sabotaged by the studio countless times. It’s beyond many other superhero movies yet those movies are the ones that get the praise. The message of using second chances to change yourself into something better and do good in the world is perfectly displayed by every character. Batman literally becomes the definition of hope In this movie and stays accurate to what Batman should be. Cyborg goes from being a hopeless character with no will to live to a hero willing to explore his power and abilities in order to do good. It’s a great movie and deserves more recognition and praise.
@@TotallyActing mate the Snyder cut is objectively not underrated. Snyder’s fanboys praise his movies nonstop regardless of quality. The Snyder cut is just the plot for every superhero team up move but stretched out to 4 hours

@@G.R-w9wu mean u just don’t like his take on the character. In different stories and timelines, characters act different. U act like every superman is the same. Just cuz he didn’t make an iconic classic superman (which we all established cuz his take literally points it out) it doesn’t mean he doesn’t understand a character. There are a lot of superman variants that have that same problem you are highlighting so it’s an invalid point alone. Now if it’s solely your opinion then it at least pulls some weight as you filtered out the bias.

The worst for me was batman vs Superman I wanted to like it but more than half the movie was talking then it just turned into Batman Superman and WW vs Doomsday I just dont like that movie and ww84 was well we all know how bad it was my favorite tho is Man of steel I really enjoyed it and I rewatch it every now and then but your list is very good

Thats actually a very accurate and acceptable ranking. SCREW Black Adam though. It had no right being THAT garbage. The only comicbook movie I have seen that has EVERY CLICHÉ in the book.

Unpopular opinion. The flash was good as a fan of dc since I was a kid and I'm now 25 that movie had so much in it that made my childish nerdy side come out the Nicholas cage cameo was fucking awesome and sooooo unexpected

I took just a _SINGLE gODDAMN FUCKIN' LOOK_ at this guy and I was already 💯% positive that he's one of those guys who _NOT_ only talks continuously; but doesn't shut up while attempting to be funny at the same time but his jokes/overall humor fail to land a vast majority of the time. He only says something funny no greater/less than anywhere within that 4% window of 7%‐10%
