XRLand Hey man how do you center your crank once you take it out ? struggling to get mine to center its either to much to the left or right of the crank case is looking down the barrel ?

Ian Clavaux I did not remove the crankshaft, therefore I am unable to reply with any beneficial information. Hopefully someone else can comment on this and help your situation out. Best of luck, Ian.

XRLand just so you know :) the XR500RE which is very similar to the XR600R in your video has a ver tight fit on the Balancer shaft so what I found was easy was turn the crank untill the balancer and crank webs were NOT inter locking and then take my hand through the barrel and lift the balancer into the bearing of the right hand case that you are placing back on to seal up your crank case otherwise no matter what you do it will come onto the bearing skew and either crack it or lock up tight... I search high and low for information and your videos kept on coming up so I thought Id post my solution here :)

      Ok. I will ask one.
I have a 1985 Xr350r duel carb. Need work done, but were is the best place to fine parts ?

I was able to get parts for the 88 from ronayerse and bikebandit websites. If that doesn't work, then maybe try partzilla. Also take a look at XRsonly and eBay if those fall through. I hope you can find what you're looking for. Worse case scenario you may have to look at used cycle shops or craigslist for donor parts. How much work does your XR need? What are you looking to refresh? Thanks! Good luck.
