Hey, I actually Googled this today. I was hoping to not inundate my subscribers with notifications since I've been trying out some different things with Shorts this week. So I found that TH-cam does not send subscribers notifications for Shorts unless the subscriber is a regular Short watcher (not sure how they measure this). Not sure if I'll keep making Shorts or not, just trying it out.
@@JoshuaBest Interesting. I actually watched a lot of shorts in the last month. Got surgery and couldn't do much around the house. At the same time I saw yours, I saw another short from my DIL whom I'm also subscribed to and didn't get a notification so I went back to both your page and her page to check them all. All's well.
Somehow I'm not getting a notification for shorts. But that's okay, I saw the longer video. TFS, Nicole
