For anyone trying to figure out the task & calendar split view for a macOS trackpad, it's a 2-finger click. (Most of the time right click is approximated with ctrl+click so it took a while to figure out.)
Super nice. I wish Habits could be shown as Tasks as well though. I kind of need to set up both now, but then I might tick just one of them and forget the other one.
TickTick has always been my favourite since i discovered it back in 2018 i think. And among the many updates, the Desktop v6.0.1 will remain my most favourite update of all times ❤
I love this update, especially the new feature that combines tasks and calendar in one view. The only thing missing is the ability to add calendar events directly within TickTick. Hopefully, this will be included in a near future update.
Great updates. Can u add the feature of changing habit icons by images, cuz I always want to find the favourite one for my habit that show up everyday so the current available icons are not enough. Thank you
I loved the version. Truly impressive. However I was hoping to see some micro-interactions. Like the popup, pressing task list etc. Its static right now. Another request, please add SN Pro as the typeface. The current inter, poppins are good choice but having some friendly font will be great.
@@GetTickTick Hi, and thanks for the response. Yes, that especially is what I’d be looking for in the iPad. Also, I can’t figure out how to trigger it on the desktop (upgraded to 6.0) so I’m still looking for it there. :)
ticktick has understood to provide usability instead of shipping an app with 50% of features and calling it's minimalistic like it's often done today in software
How to subscribe to the TickTick for iphone? Are iPhone and Mac versions and tasks synced across devices? What are the main differences between the iPhone app (if any) and the Desktop?
Hello, you can subscribe directly through Apple after downloading the app, or subscribe through Android, Windows, or any web channel. Your membership is tied to your account, not the device. Additionally, logging into the same account allows for cross-device synchronization, whether you are using iOS, Android, Mac, Windows, or web. Lastly, regarding the third question, the features on mobile and desktop are almost the same, but the interfaces will be different.
Nice update. I do wish TickTick would allow one more customization: Fonts. It’s among the most versatile of all the productivity apps, and they combine a great number of features well. For some reason the font and style feel a bit dated to me (and many), but others like it as-is. I wonder if developers could work on giving us two more font views. Might make everyone happy!
Me encantaría que muchas de estas mejoras la implementarán en la app de iPad. Lo uso como mi computadora secundaria, y apreciaría mucho que la interfaz fuera igual de funcional c:
Version 6.0.01(365) on macOS 14.4.1 - Bug: shift + enter doesn't focus on the description after entering the title, it simply adds the task (on both simple and detailed input box) - Tags still can't be sorted alphabetically (seriously??)
Sorry, I should clarify that Mac currently does not support Shift + Enter for quickly adding descriptions and the command menu, which is invoked by entering “/” in task details.
Calendar + Task view is a game changer! I constantly switch between the two panel and this definitely exponentially improve my organizing flow
Wow! Tick Tick continues to impress me. Love this app!

Todoist 'We now have a google integration with task scheduling'. TickTick 'Hold my beer'

Thank you! I have shared your suggestions with the product manager. 😊
Podrían mejorar la aplicación en Android. Las estadísticas me aparecen en inglés. Lo demás en español.
Are you going to release updates for catalina, i am using catalina i have not seen the upgrade yet
Legends!
Question: How soon will the iPad version be updated to 6.0? It really is a great improvement.
Hello, are you referring to "Task and Calendar in One View"? Or are you asking about other features?

When this update will come to mac app?
Mac can now be upgraded to version 6.0 to use these features, except for Shift + Enter to quickly add descriptions and the command menu.
Hello when are we getting a new version of the mobile app?
A suggestion for the next update: Image preview in kanban view (like in Notion).

only thing ticktick needs is a redesign to look clean like things3 , but ticktick is unmatched best todo app
it's fine the way it is.
Hello, how to export statistics to csv?

Tick Tick 🤟♥
Is this version better and more complete than the Web?
Actually, the online web version is already 6.0! 😊
todoist looks pleasing on the eyes. The font is better. ticktick's look feels like a mess
