But I keep it to minimum and I try to avoid processed foods and mostly eat whole foods and do exercise. It's very easy to follow good diet and exercise if you make proper informed decision repeatedly so that it becomes a habit.

I am from USA pleased to learn your health tips,I shall be lucky enough if you guide me as to my wife and myself about 73 yrs enjoying good health ,we do not eat after 8pm and then take black tea without sugar at 8.30 am and then milk tea without sugar at 10 am with two sweet biscuits each and brunch at 1 pm,we are tetotaller and vegetarian ( even do not take eggs.) please guide as if we are at right path .We take blood pressure tablets of low potency having fasting blood sugar level at 110 to 120.
