  • Onbaord action with MotoGP rider Johann Zarco as he rides the new Ducati Panigale V4S at the Circuito de Jerez, Spain.
    With a fresh set of slicks fitted at the track to himself, Johann shows us what a stock road bike can do, in the hands of a racing superstar.

    Spettacolo vedere un pilota che gira senza rischi ma con l'approccio giusto, i tempi ed i momenti di cambiata. Orgasmo ...e sta guidando con margine e tranquillità!!! MIICO

    Super precise, like a clockwork. That's why Zarco is at the pinnacle of racing. He makes it look easy, that's how good he is.
    Thanks for this footage, Günter from Nürnberg/Germany

    1:37.2 was the fastest Q2 session in Moto GP here this year. 6 seconds is a very long time in motorsport, just shows you that these stock bikes are fast, but Moto GP bikes are another level.

      Stock bike is monster. Slip on make it lightweight guarantee 215 to 220 rear .which is in today's standard is homicidal bike as nutral aspire engine. Will put bmw and rest of Japanese bumass rider to rear end😅 my 23 v4 slip on and filter 210 .210 x 1.1 = 231 at crank .none of SS bike besides V 4 R can get to this number with less torque. In street racing torque and top end is evrythink 😅

    Wow! I would have loved to see from a tail mounted cam too. James, you should have followed behind on another, pref RSV4 but similar Panigale. Now that would have been a video I'd happily pay good money for. James you are awesome rider yourself. I used to follow you back in your Pro racing days. Cheers Sir👍🏻

    Sometimes i think about buying a bike like the Panigale. Then I realize how much of a bike that is and how much skills I am missing to even scratch its full potential. This video only confirms that; weekend warriors may be awesome but people knowing how to truly push these beasts they come from a different planet. 😅

    to put it in perspective, Zarco went almost 5 seconds faster in the Nov 2021 Jerez test on his Ducati Motogp Bike.

    • @motogeo
      @motogeo  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes but different conditions. This was in December, it was windy, air and track temp was low, Pirelli sicks and a stock road bike. Same track and rider tho 😁

      why a V4s and no the V4R ?? for a circuit use ...

    • @El_turco82
      @El_turco82 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@lametraserillos1 Because most people can't afford a V4R and therefore buy a V4S and they want show what is possible with a standard bike or how good the bike is,so that is promo for ducati V4S.
      However, I'm not sure if the bike is really completely standard out of the box. I think something has already been done about the electronics and the chassis,but even then 1:43 is very very fast.

    • @Mathik01
      @Mathik01 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@lametraserillos1 like Pecco, I think J Zarco prefers the low down torque on the 1103 cc motor. It's a better simulation of their MotoGP bikes.

      motogp bike are only 4-5 seconds faster then this showroom floor superbike mind blowing really how capable this top end production machine can do and if you go for the superlegerra v4 with all the kit i bet the difference is less then 3 seconds

    • @karlmoody4891
      @karlmoody4891 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@patthonsirilim5739 You cannot shave off 2 seconds with the other model, definitely not in Jerez, maybe 0,7-0,8 seconds. There was a WSBK test this year at Portimao where some of the MotoGP riders also took part (Martin, Zarco, Viñales for example), the Ducati riders on stripped down V4Ss on slicks and according to the live timing they were 3-4 seconds off the top WSBK-spec bikes (Razgatlioglu, Bautista, Rea). So they were doing roughly Moto2 lap times. Still very respectable, I think. But just goes to show how much of a difference there is even between a WSBK-spec bike and a stripped down top street superbike, and the difference to a MotoGP bike is even more, purely because of the HP-difference. They look similar, but in reality, they don't have much in common. There is a TH-cam channel called Lusso Veloce, check it out, it's really cool. He displays and explains the specs of some of the WSBK/BSB bikes, even dating back to 2000. They are definitely not street bikes.
