Very nice ackee and salt fish . Going to make some additional notes. Very good job as usual. I learn a lot about cooking my Jamaican dishes. Hi val food looks delicious as usual wish I could have some you know instead of cornmeal all the time I would grate pumpkin or carrots or both on the fine side of the grater and add it to the flour to make the dumplings it looks pretty and taste amazing 🤩

How long you boil the ackee for and how long did you leave the ackee and salt fish to simmer?

Depends on the Ackee some may cook in a shorter time so you have to check it about 6 to 8 Minutes ..
