I season mine with curry first and then I burn the curry just like you do, but I use beta pack curry powder it’s the best.
I don't know about seasoning with the curry I don't. but I don't fight down a next person way of cooking thanks for watching.

Your curry looks wonderful. I can imagine the taste. From my experience your way is the best. Never season your meat with curry, it never taste the same. Fry your curry first then add your meat.
