I still watch Labyrinth once in a while, and that scene, the song "As the World Falls Down" still gets me every single time! LOVE!
The person who styled her hair in that scene deserved an Academy Award!
I walked down the aisle to a piano rendition of that song because Labyrinth has been my favorite movie for decades ❤️

Why does everyone ignore the magnificent Seven Minutes In Heaven?!! She was fabulous in it. The best, most realistic depiction of preteen relationships I have ever seen, be it friend/friend, boyfriend,/girlfriend, parent/child.

I adore her and always have. Requiem for a Dream was a masterpiece that stands out for me. Her performance was so authentic that it made my skin crawl. She isn’t just an actress. She is an artist. ❤️
I remember her and Drew did that Rom-com He's Not That Into You together back in 2009 with Jennifer Aniston, Scarlett Johansson and Bradley Cooper.

I was pregnant with my daughter who is now 36. I took a job babysitting for little boy that watched this movie over and over. I HATED it because watched so much. Never played it for my daughter. Yet, it is her favorite movie!! She said she felt she watched on repeat. Never told her the story of the babysitting. Power of the womb. She must heard it while in the womb.
She hasn't aged a day.

I've only watched Labyrinth about twice in my life and I hated it, never got why everyone loved it so much. But now I know it's legacy and have seen its cult following, so it's apparently more to many people than an excuse to see David Bowie dancing horribly in tight pants and cat makeup.
