Absolutely LOVE! Tasha very motivating, and she tells us how much she is lifting in pounds AND kilograms! this is beyond super helpful that she converts it on the video so I didn't have to faff working it out myself, ideal for reference, great tips about changing stance while lifting aswell ! x

I really liked how the holds changed for the second round of some of these exercises. It helped to keep me mentally engaged and prevented the program from feeling too repetitive.
I really enjoyed this one, especially after yesterday's lower body routine. Tasha has an incredible energy, so motivating and yet so calm and centered! Loved it!!

You crack me up -- I love your sense of humor! This was awesome! Thank you for telling us how many pounds you will be using, I use this to try and determine the range for myself and find it very helpful in setting goals.
Hi Tasha, thank you for a great workout! the core exercise were really good, i am slowly getting back into exercise. Starting this 2 week challenge has been a kick start and i really like the variety of exercises thus far.
I really enjoyed the different core workouts. I’m rebuilding strength in my knee so I have to modify a lot, and this was an excellent way to work the core without risking strain.
I liked this workout and Tasha’s chill vibe! The only thing I was thinking would make it better would be some exercises to focus on biceps and triceps.
3rd time completed, Id had a right knee or hamstring problem so have been concentrating more on upper body, including Brians, and also Yoga on this 12 day challenge. really enjoying , and have upped my weights.
Love your workouts, my only feedback is the audio on your videos is more quiet, maybe it’s something you can toy with. Thank you!!! We love fitness blender

One problem that I always face while working out is the breathing pattern. I don’t hold my breath but I usually find myself naturally breathing in the pattern opposite to what is told in the video (I inhale when you exhale and vice versa). Then I try to forcefully reverse my breathing pattern but I find that difficult. Am I doing something wrong or should just keep following what my body tells me?
